You will feel like being in a countryside in the middle of the city. At proximity from Downtown/Medical Center/Museums/Best restaurants and bars/ A tennis court and Children playground around the corner

Back yard and BBQ pit/Wi-Fi / TV/Parking on the street with Private Residential parking pass.

Other things to note
- POOL AND JACUZZI are available from 9:00am to 9:30pm.

- POOL/JACUZZI MAINTENANCE: Pool/Jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday. Therefore, depending on the maintenance report, our guests might have to wait 2 or 3 hours before using the pool/jacuzzi again after the maintenance.

- DOGS: Maximum 2 dogs . Only clean, social and not aggressive dogs are accepted.
Owner of the dog (s) is required to be with the dog when outside in the backyard. Make sure to have the dog outside before leaving the dog by itself in the cottage. Do not leave your dog alone more than 2 to 3 hours at the time. Clean up after your dog.

- PARTY, GET TOGETHER AND LOUD MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE are NOT ALLOWED

- RUNNING or UNSAFE BEHAVIOR are NOT ALLOWED.

- Please use PLASTIC GLASSES only when in the backyard or around the pool.

- PARKING: Our street is Residential parking only. Therefore, you will be requested to provide your car license plate number and state of Registration at booking.
So, we can request a Virtual parking confirmation for your car.
Any car on our street without a virtual parking permit will be towed by the city of Houston.
