This mid century gem is perfect for those looking for a quiet get away. Enjoy privacy and space while still being close to all that Ithaca has to offer.

The space
The house has unique style with an open floor plan. Plenty of windows provide lovely natural light in all the living spaces and kitchen alike. 5 guests can be accommodated.

Living/ Dining:
The main living space and dining areas are open, but divided by a central fireplace (non-functional). Equipped with an a/c unit, table and chairs, and seating area.
The TV/ couch/ sitting area includes a built in seat that provides a great spot to sit and read, or watch TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes, plenty of cookware, and a drip coffee pot. Dish detergent, kitchen cloths, paper towels and basic spices are provided.

Bedrooms:
The largest bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table/lamps and 2 large closets.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, lamp and closet.
Each bedroom is provided with a small fan.

A very small room has a twin bed, desk, and bedside table. No door is present, but a curtain provides privacy.

All bed linens are provided.

Bathrooms:
The bathroom is an unusual configuration. I call it a bathroom and half because:
One room is equipped with a toilet and sink.
The other has a shower and a sink.
*Please note that there is one toilet in the house.
Towels, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are provided

Patio:
A small patio on the side of the house is a perfect place to enjoy summer evenings. There is a table and chairs for your use. Please note that with weather and nature a light cleaning may be required prior to use.

Parking:
A carport for one car
Space for 1-2 other cars in the driveway

Hi speed wifi is available, as is a TV with Netflix

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Come and go as you like. This house is not a private residence and so while furnished with the basics, it does not have any personal items you need to worry about.

This house is close to everything but has a private feel. A grocery store, Target- and Starbucks- are just 1.5 miles away. You will be just 3 miles to Cornell University, 4- 5 miles to Ithaca College and Downtown Ithaca. The Farmer's Market and Cayuga Lake are 2-3 miles.

Easy access to/from Rt. 13 and Rt. 34 make traveling around the Finger Lakes Region simple.
