About This Listing
Our apartment has been recently renovated so everything is almost brand new. You'd find a great bathroom with glass tiles, tub and clean towels. The kitchen is very enjoyable, especially thanks to dishwasher! We're very much into cooking, so if you'd like to cook, you can find almost everything you'd need. You'd also see a unique wooden dining table made of antique material from Brooklyn. More, there is a huge and private balcony that easily accommodates 5 people with a dining table and chairs looking into the beautiful communal garden that you can spend day&night. The apartment has dark hardwood floors all through, has a queen-size bed, lots of storage place, a big desk and comfortable sofa. It is right in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn - just some ft away from 5th Avenue where you can find many supermarkets, coffee shops, great bars and restaurants. It is just a few blocks away from Prospect Park (great for picnic, jogging and even just to walk around). The closest train station is Union St on R train which is literally 1.5 blocks away (2 min walk). The apartment is also 10-15 minutes walk (or one local stop) to Atlantic Avenue (2, 3, 4, 5, N, Q, R, B, D trains and LIRR) as well as to G, F, A and C trains. So, it takes about 15-20 min to Downtown Manhattan by local R train and about 15 min to Midtown Manhattan if you hop on the express train. There is of course Wi-Fi connection, and a great AC.
Didn't get to meet Ceren, but Onur was an ideal host. Communication was clear and prompt, and key exchange was easy. The apartment itself was great. The photos are good but the actual space is even better, and bigger than I imagined. I'll hope to stay here again when I'm back in the area.
I booked the apartment for my friends visiting from overseas. The place is in the great area of Park Slope, the transaction went very smoothly. Onur was available via email to answer any questions, and had his friends delivering the keys to me ahead of time. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
Our stay at Ceren's apartment was great! Obtaining the keys was seamless and everything went smooth as planned. The apartment is right in the middle of Park Slope very close to our favorite restaurants/bars and shops. Ceren was available at all times to answer all our questions. We'll definitely be staying here every time we're in Brooklyn!
Beautiful, well appointed and very clean apartment. Great neighborhood. Quiet street in between very active avenues full of stores and restaurants. I wish we had more time to explore than just a busy wedding weekend. On street parking. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Great lighting. Wonderful host with whom it was very easy to communicate. Gracious beyond expectations. Would very highly recommend.
Ceren's studio apartment was absolutely stunning! Fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't eat in once!), great bathroom, wifi and spacious bedroom.
The location is also ideal. Minutes walk to the Subway which is on a main line which will take you right into the heart of Manhattan within 20 minutes. There's also bars and restaurants in the viscinity.
In terms of communication, my queries and emails were replied to almost instantly. We felt very welcomed.
I would highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone wishing to stay in Brooklyn.
