Studio 7, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendour and state of the art living. FULLY SELF-CONTAINED studio apartment With NO SHARED SPACES.
From Nov 12th 2022 it has been totally refurbished - featuring Air Conditioning and Triple Glazed Windows - maintain the temperature you chose and eliminate all street sounds such as road traffic etc.
Fully equipped kitchen, power shower and our on site laundry are other features of note as well as first class transport links directly into central London.

The space
A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. From the high ceilings and generous Victorian windows to the original exposed brickwork all married with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure.
As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use.
This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2.
As you can see in the photos there is the comfort of a leather sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining.
The flat screen TV is 50’’ and the picture quality is excellent, it’s mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room.
Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful.

As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt.

Fully self-contained Studio apartment with shower room and toilet, kitchen and convenient laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys.
