About this listing
Nice, clean room with kitchenfacilities in charming, green area in the center of Copenhagen. The room has 2 beds with ekstra mattress for children. The house we live is 100 years old and very charming.
You can always find a free parkingspace right in front of the house.
The area is very green and quiet with almost no trafic eventhough we live very central i Cph close to S-Enghave Station, Vesterbro/Istedgade, Fisketorvet and Tivoli. "Bavnehøj Friluftsbad" (outdoor public swimmingpool with free entrance) is only a few minutes walk from here and "Havnebadet" (oceanwaterpool in the harbour also free entrance) is about 15 minutes walk.
We serve only cereals, yoghurt, milk, juice, tea and coffee for breakfast, but the nearest bakery is only about 5 minutes walk from here.
Toilet and bath is shared with the hosts.
In october/november this year (2014) we away on a trip to Indonesia. We therfore only rent out on weekly basis without breakfast. But we have a very friendly dutch exchange student living here to make you company.
Please notice that we have 2 cats. They mainly live outside, though, and never have access to the BnB-room.
No smoking indoor
We stayed for the weekend and it was great. Anne Marie is super helpful and the location of the house is great. Quiet and close to downtown. The room is spacious and the house is very clean. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Whenever we will come back, this is the place we will stay again.
Super godt modtaget.
The yellow house was so cute and clean,I felt very comfortable. Too far to walk to central, but easy to get there by bus and train. This time I couldn't see Ann Marie as she was on holiday. However, she provided all things what I need. Thank you Ann Marie!!
The communication worked very well before and after I booked. The room is very tidy. It's easy to reach via public transportion. I liked the beverage station in front of the room. I slept will due to the silence in the room. Anne Marie wasn't there but I'm looking forward to meet her the next time I come. I highly can recommend to stay here.
Anne is very patient, and kind to chat with. She help me a lot when I was in trouble.
Anne Marie was very welcoming. Although we didn't get the opportunity to meet her upon our arrival due to a delayed flight, we did get to meet her the next morning. We recognised the accommodation as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and except for the odd train, felt like it was in the countryside and not in Copenhagen. The accommodation is close to public transport and not far from the centre of Copenhagen. We found our way easily to and from the accommodation. The room was wonderful and homely with a light breakfast provided. There was information about Copenhagen and surrounds on the desk and Anne Marie was more than accommodating to our needs. The accommodation was beautiful with a lovely garden view out the window and the photos certainly did not disappoint.
Felt cosy, comfortable and welcome immediately upon opening the front door, even though Anne Marie was away. Peace and tranquility and good company from two other charming guest prevailed throughout my stay. My family also very much enjoyed spending time with me in this lovely home, so convenient for anywhere in Copenhagen, yet tucked away in it own special environment. Intelligent big fluffy lovable boy cat a sheer pleasure and privilege to care for. Thank you Anne Marie for your trust and generosity of spirit. Always looked forward to coming "home" each day.
