About this listing
A suite which is perfect for families with 2 bedrooms but (airbnb insist on listing it as one room).
The Suite at Pine Point Bed & Breakfast is the entire first floor of the house, accessed by a spiral staircase. It is not suitable for children under ten.
It comprises a twin bedded room, a double bedded room, a bathroom & a small sitting area.
It costs £160 per night for a minimum of 3 nights.
Pine Point is my fabulous 1960's architect designed house with amazing sea views. It is furnished in a laid back mix of vintage and quirky contemporary.
It's bed and breakfast Jim, but not as we know it. Think boutique guesthouse rather than seaside landlady. Our bed linen is pure cotton, our orange juice freshly squeezed and our hot water continuous.
Complimentary beverages, fresh milk, biscuits, mineral water and fruit are available for every room.
Breakfast is buffet style and includes cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, eggs, bread and bakery items.
Ventnor is by far the best place to visit on the island which itself is one of ‘the world’s hippest hangouts’ according to Harper’s Bazaar Magazine.
There's great food, (from fine dining at The Royal Hotel to crab on the beach at Steephill Cove), quirky shops and stunning coastal walks.
The island has festivals and carnivals galore or you can just chill on the sun deck - we have a micro climate in Ventnor and get more sunshine than anywhere else in Britain - fact!
NB A miniature Jack Russel bitch lives at Pine Point
THE OTHER ROOMS AT PINE POINT ARE LISTED SEPARATELY BECAUSE OF THE WAY THAT THE AIRBNB CALENDAR WORKS
This is a B&B suite, not a self catering apartment. There is no no kitchen access.
The sun deck is available to all guests.
Interaction with Guests
We love to discuss the island with guests and will suggest the best places to see & things to do. We also take a great interest in local restaurants and will be able to recommend based on personal experience!
There is ample off street parking at Pine Point and bus routes are close by.
We also have a secure bicycle shed for those who want to explore the island on two wheels.

Debby was a great host providing info on Ventnor, maps and where to visit and eat. She also very helpfully. The room ware spacious, comfortable and clean, the sitting was great with nice view from the dining room. Our visit was brief but very enjoyable.
Debby made us feel very welcome. She gave us great recommendations of places to visit with the kids. The House was in a beautiful location and it was cosy inside, all was as described online. She also kindly provided some tasty breakfast in the mornings.
I recommend staying in this great house.
We had a great stay at Pine Point with our 2 kids aged (nearly) 3 and 6. The suite was very comfortable and quiet, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very nice, with nice bread, hot chocolate for the kids and warm croissants. Ventnor is just a few minutes drive and is a great little town with good selection of shops and restaurants and great views on the coast.
Debby was a very helpful host, and gave us some great pointers for places to go and where to eat. It was our first trip on the Isle and we greatly enjoyed it, we'll be back!
Highly reccomend staying in ventnor specifically at this apartment. The beach is minutes away, and waking up to the sight of the sea was spectacular.
Debby was very accomadating and her local knowledge of the island and recommendations were extremely useful for planning our stay. We would love to cone back again.
Myself, my husband and our 2 boys (6 and 4) had a fantastic time at Debby's B & B. The place was beautifully furnished and had a real luxurious feel. The breakfast was fresh and perfect for us and the boys. Debby as a host was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information on the best places to eat and go in the local area. About the Host, Debby
Born and bred in London, I moved to Ventnor, Isle of Wight, in 2001 when I found my wow factor 60's home with 180 degree sea views. It was the best move I've ever made and, as the house is pretty spacious, I can now share it with guests.
I also have two self-catering homes, one in Ventnor, one in Shanklin.
With a background in vintage/design/PR/retail, I host my places to the high standard that I'd want if I were the traveller. I also know a heck of a lot about the IOW - where to go and what to do - and I'm the sort of person who likes to pass on all the hints and tips!
