The Suite at Pine Point Bed & Breakfast is the entire first floor of the house, accessed by a spiral staircase and therefore not suitable for young children.
It comprises a twin bedded room, a double bedded room, a bathroom & a small sitting area.
It costs £160 per night for a minimum of 3 nights.
Pine Point is my fabulous 1960's architect designed house with amazing sea views. It is furnished in a laid back mix of vintage and quirky contemporary.
It's bed and breakfast Jim, but not as we know it. Think boutique guesthouse rather than seaside landlady. Our bed linen is pure cotton, our coffee freshly ground and our hot water continuous.
Each room has teas/coffees/mineral water/biscuits etc.
Breakfast is buffet style with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, eggs etc.
Ventnor is by far the best place to visit on the island which itself is one of ‘the world’s hippest hangouts’ according to Harper’s Bazaar Magazine.
There's great food, (from fine dining at The Royal Hotel to crab on the beach at Steephill Cove), quirky shops and stunning coastal walks.
The island has festivals and carnivals galore or you can just chill on the sun deck - we have a micro climate in Ventnor and get more sunshine than anywhere else in Britain - fact!
NB A very cute fox terrier/sheep cross lives at Pine Point

Debby is a delightful host and Pine Point met all expectations. The first floor suite was pristine and beautifully decorated in a minimal all white scheme and a beautiful Turkish rug. The bathroom was roomy, elegant and spotless. We enjoyed yogurt, local cheese, and fresh blackberries from the garden in the sunny breakfast room. It seems there will soon be fresh eggs from Debby's own chickens... The huge terrace and wonderful view towards the sea is a bonus. We recommend dinner at Hillside Bistro and a taxi to get back up the hill to the B&B afterwards!
What a fantastic place! The pictures don't lie! Debby was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. She helped us with getting there and gave us advice on what to see and where to go whilst we were there! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would recommend her lovely BB to anyone. Will definitely be stayiing there again when we visit the isle of wight.
