Joubin's apartment is a fantastic place to stay. It is right in the Old Port and very near to Multimedia City. The apartment itself is very comfortable and warm (I am from the UK and not used to how cold it was in Montreal). And Joubin was always ready to help and answer questions.
Great location. Clean, modern yet cozy. The host is friendly and accommodating.
Excellent location, and very nice place! It was a cool, old building in one of the best areas of Montreal. Everything was well organized, and very clean when we got there. Joubin was very helpful with telling me what was happening in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay there, and would not hesitate to return again another time.
Fantastic loft space in an amazing location! Place was super clean, organized and well set up for a comfortable stay in Montreal!
I had an excellent stay at this studio loft. The loft is very nice, clean and comfortable. It's right in the old town of Montreal, so I could walk to my conference in 10 minutes. The kitchen facilities are very good as well.
The only thing that was a little confusing was when I had to leave, what to do with the key at departure. That may just have been a miscommunication and it worked out fine in the end.
I didn't meet Joubin, the person who owns the loft, which didn't bother me too much but travellers who wanted to have more contact with locals would want to choose a different accommodation.
If I'm ever back in Montreal I would definitely stay at this loft again.
Really enjoyed my stay at Joubin's studio in Montreal! The location was great, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the convention center and close to lots of great restaurants in the historic downtown. The bed and couch were very comfy and the place was well equipped. Much better experience than staying at a hotel!
I've stayed here twice and it just keeps getting better! I love this second home and will continue to book. This is the BEST location and best apartment.
What a great apartment and what a great host. Joubin was incredibly helpful and everything went smoothly. Thanks for a fabulous stay in one of the best cities in the world.
Joubin was a great host and the loft was truly lovely - just as you see in the photos. I can't recommend both highly enough. Thanks Joubin!
Visited Montreal the weekend of 8/30-9/1. Joubin's loft is just as advertised and in a fantastic location. We parked the car and explored Vieux Montreal all weekend on foot. Tons of options all within short walking distance. We didn't take advantage of the Bixi bike rentals or subway options, but had we gone that route those were both easily accessible.
The loft itself was quiet and cozy, felt like we were returning to our own little condo after a day of exploring. Will happily reach out to Joubin again for our next visit to Montreal.
