We offer you a lovely hospitality in several little stone houses. In the heart of Italy, between Rome and Naples, nearby the beautiful seaside of the Circeo mountain, the ancient Fienili are 18th century's beautifully restored mill storages.

The space
Casale 1763
This is our biggest stone house, that can host a family or a group of friends up to six people. On three floors, it is composed on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, then two double rooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. One of the rooms has a beautiful terrace, with view on the Circeo mountain and the sea. On the upper floor another cosy room for two with its bathroom.

I Fienili is composed of several stone houses of different sizes, that can host your family and friends, up to 25 people. Nearby the beautiful seaside of Sabaudia and the Circeo mountain, mid-way in between Rome and Naples (both 1h by train), the ancient Fienili - 18th century's beautifully restored mill storages - offers you a lovely hospitality.
You will relax in our green gardens, surrounded by olive trees in a fascinating mediterranean atmosphere.
The landladies, living in the main house, are avaible to assure you get the best from your stay in this land of archeological treasures, natural beauty and richest history.
A cosy small swimmingpool on a panoramic terrace and open spaces and garden to relax and eat together will make your stay even more enjoyable.

This region has so much to offer. Many small roman and medieval villages in the nearby hills, and some beautiful archeological sites. A 20 minutes car ride will take you to the amazing white sand beaches of the Circeo, and in 20 minutes you can visit Terracina with its lovely fisherman's restaurants. Don't forget that this is the land of mozzarella di bufala, olive oil and so many other delicious specialities! Healty food here is a must.
