Private cabana on main property with one bedroom, one bathroom and private entrance. Steps from Magazine Street shops/restaurants. Short walk to historic St. Charles Ave streetcar and just a 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter. Easy parking, relaxing outdoor patio area and pool (not private) access.

The space
One bedroom, one bathroom with a beautiful patio for outside relaxation, plus access to the pool. Streetcar or short ride to universities, shops, restaurants, and French Quarter.
**NO PARTIES OR POOL PARTIES ALLOWED** We love our neighbors so we will have to decline requests for parties.

Guest access
Private access to cabana through side gate on property. Easy free parking (off-street available). Microwave, coffee pot and mini-fridge, with access to grill if needed. Hair dryer, full-length mirror and iron/ironing board.

Other things to note
The cabana is in the back yard of my parents' beautiful uptown home. My dad is retired so he meets all of the guests and gets you settled. I run the online part for them so while you might not meet me, I am available at almost any hour of the day should you need anything during your stay. We love our neighbors so please **NO POOL PARTIES OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED**
