Approximately 60 sq metres, the apartment comprises of a large living/dining room with wall to wall patio doors leading out to the balcony which overlooks a private walkway and the sea, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new and modern appliances, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 bath/shower room and separate toilet room. The residence has allocated private parking for 1 car as well as random free parking within the grounds. There is also a large bowling green and a park with a stunning view of the sea behind the residence in case you fancy a picnic close to home :-). This is secured entrance for residents of the complex only.
It has a comfortable capacity of 4 people but can accommodate 6 by using the sofa bed in the living room which converts to a double bed. There is a built in wardrobe with hangers in the living room for this purpose. Master bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
Situated in a quiet location, the apartment is within easy walking distance to either Antibes or Juan Les Pins. Just 2 minutes by car or bus from Antibes or Juan Les Pins beaches, shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities. Nearest beach is the Juan Les Pins beach - which is approximately 9 - 15 minutes by foot.
Antibes occupies a prime location between Nice and Cannes making travel to either town quick and easy. For a relaxed and chilled atmosphere - Antibes beach and old town are unbeatable. There are buses directly outside the apartment that run to Antibes centre every 15 minutes (cost = 1 euro/time to get there = 3 minutes). Alternatively you can just walk there (approximately 20 minutes walk).
For the younger – or simply younger at heart – there is Juan Les Pins - which is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute car ride from the apartment. Juan Les Pins is full of fun bars and restaurants and the shops stay open until very late at night too :-) The buses stop at around 8.30pm so if you expect to stay out late, be prepared for some exercise walking back as taxis in this region of the South are few and can be expensive.
Access: If you are coming from Nice airport, Antibes is approximately a 40 minute bus ride depending on traffic. There are scheduled buses running from the airport regularly (The Cannes No 200 and the newly commissioned tourist Express 250 costing around 10 euros one way).
