Pine Point is my fabulous 1960's architect designed house with amazing sea views. It is furnished in a laid back mix of vintage and quirky contemporary.
The bed linen is pure cotton and our hot water continuous.
Each room has a Tassimo drinks machine. Fresh milk, mineral water & fruit are available in the fridge in the hall.
Breakfast is buffet style with cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, eggs, croissants etc.
Ventnor is by far the best place to visit on the island which itself is one of ‘the world’s hippest hangouts’ according to Harper’s Bazaar Magazine.
There's great food, (from fine dining to crab on the beach), quirky shops and stunning coastal walks.
The island has festivals and carnivals galore or you can just chill on the sun deck - we have a micro climate in Ventnor and get more sunshine than anywhere else in Britain - fact!

NB A very cute miniature Jack Russell bitch lives at Pine Point.

Guest access

All guests may use the sun deck at Pine Point which lets off of the breakfast room and has dining furniture and sun loungers in the summer.

Debby was so helpful and friendly. Lots of information and tips for the area. House lovingly filled with lots of well looked after fabulous 70's furniture which gave a really modern versus retro feel. Such a sunny breakfast room with view of the sea to start the day. Loved it.

Debby is a very welcoming host who is happy to share her home with you. The accommodation is tastefully retro in style being both spacious and clean. It is situated in a good position within easy access of the southern coast road making it an ideal base from which to explore. I would recommend a stay and will be returning again sometime in the future. Enjoy!

Stunning views in a peaceful setting. A very friendly and accommodating host with great knowledge of the area. The hills are steep down into the town (and back up!) but we and our 6 year old managed it fine. There is SO much to do on the Isle of Wight, we will have to return. Such a relaxing time, we forgot what day it was very quickly and just chilled!

Born and bred in London, I moved to Ventnor, Isle of Wight, in 2003 when I found my wow factor 60's home with 180 degree sea views.
It was the best move I've ever made and, as the house is pretty spacious, I now share it with guests wanting Bed & Breakfast.
I also have a 3 bedroomed cottage close by in Ventnor which I rent to guests on a self-catering basis.
With a background in vintage retail/design/PR, I host my places to the high standard that I'd want if I were the traveler. I also know a heck of a lot about the IOW - where to go and what to do - and I'm the sort of person who likes to pass on all the hints and tips!
