Spacious apartment set within the Art Nouveau-style building built in 1914. 5 Person rich-in-history Duplex represents one of the city’s cultural heritage sites located in historical part of Tbilisi Sololaki. It is ideally located right in the heart of Tbilisi - 5 min. walking distance from city’s central square-Freedom Square. Its central location offers convenience for reaching the sights of the old city, museums, art galleries and is an ideal option for families & friends to stay in Tbilisi.

Duplex with huge terrace is full of art, sunlight and all the modern amenities for our guests comfortable stay.
Apartment is located in 4th floor. Please be notified there's no elevator.

The 115 sq. m apartment is set on two floors. 2 Bathrooms, big terrace, two separate bedrooms, one large living room with high ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen with big dinning table, giant sofa, TV and 2 air conditioners.
2 large bedrooms both with king size beds and big living room can accommodate 5 guests comfortably. 2 bathrooms - one full bath with a bathtub and second with shower.

Both Bedrooms has exit to a large gorgeous terrace overlooking the city. It's perfect for enjoying the view with a glass of wine or coffee.

There is also a large closet which can be used to store luggage and hang clothes during your stay.

The long hallway connects the rooms, bathroom and terrace.
