  • Lovely apartment close to the "Quinta Avenida", the main street with restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is less than 5 minutes on foot.

The furnishings are pretty basic, but perfectly adequate for my needs. The apartment has everything you need for. The on premise parking was a plus for me.

Communication with Laura is very efficient and she always replied quickly. The doorman at the complex was very helpful.

This apartment is a great place to explore Playa de Carmen and surroundings.

  • The reception was quite impersonal.

The apartment is very dark and damp. A smell of huminite remains in the same apartment by opening all windows.

The apartment is not clean (stained sheets, carpet unaspirated ground) and is not maintained (very fragile blinds, doors fragile furniture).

Very positive point, the apartment is very close to the vibrant (one minute Cocobongo) while being very quiet. It is also very close to the new bus station (2 minutes).

  • Great place to stay while in playa! This condo is great for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay that's not a hotel/resort. It's so close to all the bars and restaurants and clubs you don't need a car. Also conveniently located near the ado bus station and to nearby grocery stores. The beach is a short walk and there are lots of things to do and see very close by. The condo is nice a suitable for shorter stays-fully equipped with most things you'll need to whip up a nice dinner. The microwave didn't work while we were there but not a big deal as we ended up eating out a lot more as there are so many great places close by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

  • I will highly recommend this flat to stay in playa del carmen, we were looking for some fun on new years and this place was right next to the clubs, bars and restaurants area, the host and her staff were awesome, always kind and trying to help us with everything we needed. The flat is really clean, modern, well located, nice condo, and all the people we meet in it is nice. Thanks for all laura.

  • LAURA WAS VERY HELPFUL DURING OUR 4 NIGHT VISIT TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN. I PHONED HER SUNDAY THE 23RD AT 21:00 AND SHE ANSWERED MY CALL! BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, SHE VERIFIED THAT THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND READY. THE CONDO HAS MORE THAN YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR VACATION, EVERYTHING WORKS FINE: TV, AC, INTERNET CONNECTION, WASHER, DRYER, MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR. THE CONDO IS VERY CLOSE TO THE 5TH AVENUE AND THE BEACH. THE PORTERS ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY WILLING TO HELP YOU.

  • PROs: 1. The condo is in a great location: walking distance to the gym, grocery store, shops, bars and restaurants on 5th, and the beach. 2. The unit is bright, spacious and breezy when the windows are open. (The pictures on AirBnB make it look smaller than it actually is). 3. Laura was an attentive host, and responded almost immediately after all messages we sent to her. 4. It had everything we needed: small appliances, internet, lots of clean towels, washer/dryer, etc. 5. Getting there from Cancun airport was easy, cheap, and safe. 6. The common area of the condo is gorgeous: nice pool and longe area, and the neighbours were friendly/chill.

CONs: 1. The condo is across the street from a church. The bells are charming on weekdays, but the extra noise on Sunday is a bit annoying. 2. When the windows are closed, the unit can become damp/musty. 3. There is a slight smell of gas from the hot water heater which is in the laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen.

OVERALL: We really loved this place, and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spot near the action in Playa del Carmen. Thanks Laura!

  • The apartment was exactly as described, great location, very convenient condo, pool was perfect.
Laura was very helpful and thoughtful, from the beginning, giving us advice on our stay, bringing us a baby bathtub, gifts for Xmas, and checking regularly that everything was ok. She was reachable all through our stay as well to help when needed.
    Awesome place to go!
