The loft is great. Clean. Different. I had some issues with the internet though. I went to Philly for a conference in downtown, and the location didn't seem far by using the subway. I recommend you this place if you are not afraid of neighborhoods that don't look like yours.

It was a HORRIBLE stay in a beautiful place. Cable TV and Internet were not working during our stay, the hot water ran out after an 8 minute shower, the apartment door takes around 5 minutes of pulling to get the lock to catch... It was a beautiful place fraught with problems that ruined our stay completely.
And on top of that, Mahari was very slow to respond to any issues, if he responded at all. He only responded to 1 of 5 phone calls, and sparing on the text replies. When we advised him of the issues with the space we had to follow up to get responses. We literally had to get AirBnB involved to get our refund because he only wanted to give us $50 back after all the issues and non-responsiveness during our stay.
Its a beautiful place, too bad the management and amenities don't live up to what they promise
Vary clean modern space and attentive host. I had two questions during my stay and they were both answered promptly.
I hate to say this, but this is the most important thing about the place and I wish I knew this prior. It's in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. Think RIP murals on every corner and stores with thick bulletproof glass in front of the counter. It's also about 20-25 minutes on the bus to get to the city center.
That being said, once you're in the apartment, it's a very nice, big, spacious place. It was decorated really nicely, and mostly pretty clean.
There were a few essentials missing, ie toilet paper and sheets for the extra air mattress. There was also no bathroom rug or hand soap, which was annoying, and he only had two towels to provide.
He was pretty good about communicating back to me. I was pretty annoyed though when I consistently told him I was coming early, and he still forgot to change the passcode to the front door for me. Luckily, when I called him, he answered and was able to let me in.
Overall, if it was in a better, closer neighborhood, I would stay there again.
