Welcome to Bre and Nick's place! A native to the area, Bre wanted to create a welcoming space in a location that showcases all the wonderful things she loves about SWVA. This historic charmer, built in 1926, underwent a modernization in 2021 that provides a luxurious stay for families looking to get away, friend groups attending weddings, individuals hiking the Appalachian Trail or families biking the Virginia Creeper Trail.

The space
Sip your coffee on the front porch overlooking the head of The Creeper Trail, take in a show at the Barter Theatre, or enjoy a memorable meal at one of the critically-acclaimed local restaurants... all without moving your car from the driveway.

Complete with modern kitchen, dining room, 4 beds (3 bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms this 2000 sq. ft. farmhouse is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy all that Abingdon, has to offer.

Guests have complete access to the entire home. With parking available behind the house and on the street in front.

We are happy to have up to 2 pups enjoy our space too! We charge a $50/per pet fee to cover the cost of extra cleaning for pets.

Located behind the Barter Theatre, walk to the famous Abingdon Farmer's Market on the trail right in front of The 119 on Saturday mornings. Bike directly from The 119 to the head of The Creeper Trail for your day exploring this bucket list destination.

This home is centrally located to walk a few blocks to The Barter Theatre, Main St. and all it's fabulous restaurants, Wolf Hills Brewery, Abingdon Farmer's Market, and of course right beside the head of the Virginia Creeper Trail.

Located in the heart of Downtown Abingdon and overlooking The Virginia Creeper Trail. This is a gorgeous, newly renovated, farmhouse within walking distance to everything Abingdon has to offer. Walk to Main St. and enjoy an evening of dinner, or a day of shopping! Walk to The Commons for any snacks needed during your stay :) This home is located beside the train tracks that run through the heart of Abingdon. We provide sound machines and box fans to help mask the noise at night. The train does not blow from 11-6 pm.
