This is a small furnished independant room located in the very center of Paris, in the famous "Montorgueil" neighbourhood. So tiny but so cosy ! Once downstairs you'll dive right into the heart of the most beautiful city.
There's everything you'll need if you want to cook, except for the food of course. There's even a corkscrew :)
Despite the size of the studio, there is a shower and toilets. The bed is a convertible couch. All the sheets and towels are provided.
It's a very quiet room with a sight on a nice architectural courtyard. The neighbourhood is extremely lively with tons of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. And a patisserie with the best eclair au chocolat in Paris !
It's perfect if you look for a low-budget stay in Paris, you will be independant and perfectly able to come back home at any time of the night considering your central position; or if you wish to spend a few days for shopping, sightseeing, enjoying french gastronomy and then rest in a very calm room.
There is no cleaning fees but I ask my guests to leave the room as clean as they'd like to find it. I take care of the sheets and towels, which are provided for no extra charge.
It is on the 3d floor and there is no elevator. There is no dedicated internet connection but I can provide you with hotspot codes that works depending on the traffic.
Check-in starts at noon and check-out ends at noon, but most of the time those times are flexible, depending on the arriving and leaving guests. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible.
Very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment since he was not there. We had no trouble at all. Loved the location! The apartment is so cozy and is perfect for two people.
The apartment was at the very centre of the city, very near to the Louvre and C. Pompidou. The apartment was very cozy and clean but (website hidden): the thai restaurant beside the apartament is very good; try all the patisserie & boulangerie!
Except for the location, everything is terrible.
First of all, Amine Metani mention that there is no dedicated internet connection, so I am not sure that I can use wifi in his house or not.
So I asked him, then he reply I can use it for sure.
I can use wifi on the first day (totally for 5 days), but in the following days I can't connect the wifi.
I told Amine Metani, then he said there is nothing he can do for me.
But he promised me he will be back to Paris to check out, but he didn't connect with me.
Anyway, living in this room is a tragedy.
It also makes me never choose aribnb again.

The apartment is comfortable. Although very small, it smoothly holds two people with reasonable amount of luggage. The location is great, close to the subway and many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee... The Rue Montorgueil, which is located near the apartment, is very charming. Amine is an excellent host, always quickly responds all our doubts. The apartment was clean and organized when we arrived, and it has all the basics items. I'm sure that if I return to Paris I would be again at this place.
A localização compensa o tamanho. Perfeito para um casal jovem que queira conhecer a cidade. Proximo a estaçôes de metrô, mercados e bons restaurantes.
I had a wonderful experience in Paris staying at Amine's flat. It's small but perfectly formed, and in the most amazing location close to gorgeous cafes and restaurants, not to mention the proximity to the Marais and Centre Georges Pompidou! On a more practical note, when I arrived the flat was clean and tidy with fresh sheets and towels, and the instructions for finding the flat, keys, and accessing wifi were all easy and straightforward. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Thanks Amine!
