The house is equipped with barbeque and outside dining area, fast wi-fi and all the necessary accessories for you unforgettable stay. Enjoy unique truly romantic opportunity to wake up seeing the lake and mountains in front of you or do smart working in few meters from the Como lake.
On request we will provide a canoe to move around the lake, and bycicles for fast connection to Dervio and Bellano.

Where you’ll be

Dervio, Lombardia, Italy

The house is located at the Waterfront of Como lake between Dervio and Bellano villages. Both villages have numerous restaurants and shops. Both have train and ferry stations. There is a water sports center in Dervio where you can rent a windsurf or a small sailboat. Numerous hiking trails start nearby. The house is a perfect intermediate luxury stay on the renowned "Sentiero del Viandante".
