*OUR 100th 5 STAR REVIEW*: "We had a wonderful stay at Deepa and Trentons apartment. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. They were such friendly and welcoming hosts too, they really made us feel at home and offered great advice for sightseeing and transportation. I would highly recommend, and would stay again if ever we are back in London!"
*OUR 50th 5 STAR REVIEW*: "Stayed in this beautiful flat for three days and everything went so well I couldn't believe. The place is very clean, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean too. The flat is close to buses and Whitechapel/Aldgate East subway station that brings you everywhere. Amazing! Go there"
Our warm and comfortable art deco apartment is a wonderful location for exploring London - situated on the very edge of the financial district and right among London's most dynamic cultural quarter including Spitalfields and Shoreditch. Close enough to the action but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Interaction with Guests
A little over a two years ago we started sharing our apartment and our knowledge/love of London to visitors from all over the world. Its been a wonderful experience and we have enjoyed every moment meeting and hosting people.
We have a deep fondness for London and enjoy exchanging tips and insights with people from everywhere. We are also very interested to learn about other places from our guests.
We have also compiled a useful information pack and set of books on London and are more than happy to help with any guidance for specific events, travel arrangements or alike.
We are a married couple and we also work together. We run a publishing company and organise events that explore questions about what it means to live in 21C cities. We are both in our 30s. We have a young child.
Entirely up to the guest - everyone is different, with different schedules, different experiences of travelling in London. We enjoy a good old chat with our guests but also admire those that have a thirst for life and make the most of every minute being in London.
Our neighbourhood is one of the last neighbourhoods that hasn't been fully gentrified. It thus has more of a community feel to it. Its a little rough around the edges also - its an honest neighbourhood.Come soon, as this likely to change very soon unfortunately - a new skyscraper rises up every year unfortunately.
Turn right out of building entrance and you are at the famous Lahore Kebab House, turn left and you are at the famous and possibly unbeatable Tayyabs restaurant. Other Things to Note
Our apartment is in an 'old' building (built in the 1930's) - one of the last buildings not to be gentrified. The flat itself is very clean and organised and we enjoy keeping it this way. We think you will find it a relaxing, warm and welcoming place to stay. Our apartment is an little bit of an oasis to the environment that surrounds it. Feels nice to come home to.

We really had a wonderful time staying with Deepa and Trenton. Both are very nice and helpful. Every time we got back to the apartment they shared tips and advices with us for doing things in the city. The bedroom was cozy and clean, and the bed super comfortable. We also found the place really quiet, it's good to rest after a long day walk. There's a supermarket nearby, the Tube station is 3 blocks away and there is a main avenue on the corner with many buses so it's really convenient for moving around London.
Thank you for having us!
This was the first time we booked airb&b. We stayed with Deepa and Trenton and their wonderful daughter. What an amazing experience. such a welcoming sweet family. The area is very close to brick lane and whitechapel gallery which is realy nice. the place is clean and deepa and trenton have a lot of knowledge about good places to visit in London. i highly recommend this airb&b.
Me and my husband had a very nice time staying with Deepa Trenton and Sunaya. They are a kind, sweet, thoughtful family and we enjoyed their company very much! We lived there for a week while in between places, moving house. We felt comfortable in our room as well as using other space to relax or cook and they were helpful and easy if we needed anything. The flat is right in central so it was convenient for Chris to walk to work and for me to have plenty of public transport options while surprisingly quiet at night, so as a light sleeper I had excellent sleep! The flat smells amazing when Deepa cooks! I picked up some cooking tips from her. They gave us good recommendations for amazing cafes in the area also. All in all, a lovely stay.

We both moved to London from abroad over a decade ago - we have a great fondness for this city we would like to share with visitors. We enjoy meeting new people from around the world, hosting them and sharing our tips, insights and alternative destinations in London and the UK.
We run a publishing company and organise events to do with 'cities'. Deepa also works in higher education. Both in our mid-30s. We have a young child too.
