NEW YEAR'S EVE IN PARIS!
Our apartment is available from november 30 to january 4th!
Nice parisian apartment (1 bedroom + living room) 38 m2, located two minutes from the subway station Porte Doree (line 8) and 10 min from Daumesnil subway (line 6).
Next to a bus stop (No.46, direct line to Gare du Nord)
The apartment is located next to the beautiful Bois de Vincennes, one of the biggest parks of Paris! and also next to the Tropical Aquarium of the Porte Dorée, the Chateau de Vincennes, and The Parc Floral.
10 minutes from Bastille by subway and 20 minutes to Opera (both direct line 8). Two Velib stations nearby, if you want to ride a bike in Paris!
It's a top floor apartment (4th floor without elevator), very bright (facing south) and very quiet since overlooking a courtyard .
1 Bedroom with double bed and a living-room with a very comfortable pull out sofa (for 2 people) ! The apartment is ideal for two people but can cosily suit 4 people .
Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops including two organic stores. There is a market twice a week just down the street.
Internet access + WiFi, computer, TV, kitchen (oven, fridge and stove), bathroom (shower+toilet).
towels, blankets and sheets provided.
Appartement idéalement situé, très calme et convivial. Natalia et Gustavo sont très sympathiques, attentionnés et se rendent disponibles durant le séjour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, de nos hôtes et recommandons VIVEMENT cette location !!
Very pleasant stay, lovely clean house, and Gustavo was very friendly and gave us loads of tips. I would definitely recommend them to future guests.
We spent here 8 days. It was our first visit to Paris. The flat was incredibly cosy even for 4 persons of different ages( parents of 40 and kids of 17,20). The hosts cared about everything we might need, including fresh flowers on the table and cold juice in the fridge which was really very touching! A very warm, relaxing place. Surely, the hosts' taste to peculiar decorations and amusing trifles contributed to this joyful atmosphere. Sleeping places were vast and soft and gave perfect night rest! Quiet neighbours, metro is at hand, every day we created various routes not using buses. We breakfasted and dined in the flat, buying food in local shops and cooking a bit.
The last floor wasn't a problem since we also live on the same floor, but even if it weren't so... the beauty of the spiral wooden staircase is worth climbing it every day - it's a part of the game "You're in Paris"! The bathroom is well-planned and functional, though the shower-cabin isn't for over-weight people. All is clean and pleasant to use. Natalia offered using her washing machine, coffee-maker and oven, not saying about other kitchen utensils. (You may think it's funny, but I so liked her having flower-pots and cases with aromatic herbs outside the window, it adds much to the homely and peaceful impression of the place!)
The district is nice, calm and safe. On Sunday we saw a local market: food, clothes, footwear and etc. Park of Vincennes and Aquarium are actually at hand, but we didn't have time to visit them properly.
We keep very heartwarming memories of our stay here and highly recommend the flat and the hosts. They are decent, reliable and respectful to guests. Natalia was brief and helpful in the communication just from our sending the first message to her, was ready to answer all questions and explain details. Having left Paris on the next day of our arrival, she sent us her new phone number in case of our having any difficulties.
We're extremely greatful to Natalia for giving us a wonderful first impression of Paris and of amiable Parisians. Good luck with other guests!
Natalia seemed incredibly interesting although she was out of town. Her apartment is beautiful And her mother, Lucy is so sweet and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and relaxed, so spend the day in the heart of Paris but know you have a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the day!!!
It`s just a marvel apartment in nice Parisian district. Everything you might need is close and as a big plus park that just 3 minutes away.
Flat shows not ordinary hosts that provided cozy, sunny and comfortable place in Paris.
Natalia was very organized and thorough in explaining everything about the apartment. She speaks excellent English so communication was not a problem as our French is next to nothing. The location was quiet and very good for our two night stay. The Porte Doree metro station is right around the corner and is an excellent line for getting into the sights in Paris. There is a smaller grocery store very close to the apartment and a larger one fairly close by. There were lots of stairs getting to the 4th floor in this quaint, older building but it was very quiet and felt like we were really experiencing life in Paris. We had everything we needed in the apartment (except a microwave)- a well equipped kitchen, plenty of sleeping room for three (two in the bedroom and 1 on the pull out coach in the living room), a nice eating area by the window, internet/wifi and a fan to help circulate the air for the warm evenings. Street parking for our rental car worked out just fine but we see the potential for challenges in this area. Natalia was very informed and had sent us information ahead of time related to parking. Natalia was very accommodating when we ran late for our check-in and really went out of her way to get us an item we left in the apartment. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you Natalia and Gustavo!
