The flat is in a great location, in what is "officially" the coolest neighbourhood in Prague: Zizkov, with lots of places to eat, cafes, bars, galleries and music venues, shopping, etc. The street and building is very quiet and you will appreciate this when you come back and put up your feet after a day of sightseeing.
Food: the friendly grocery / greengrocer across the street sells freshly baked bread, fruit and vegetables and much more. You can step round the corner to have a breakfast in a local cafe, in the evening you can enjoy bars and restaurants for all tastes - from classic Czech cooking to Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian and Pakistani.
Shopping, fitness, entertainment: There is a large shopping centre with a 5-screen cinema, a gym and other facilities within a 10-minute walk.
Culture: a lovely small Baroque concert hall is just across the street and leading Prague music venue Palac Akropolis just 5 minutes away.
Excellent transport connections to take you anywhere in Prague - Metro A (green line) and tram 11,5,9,26. Walk to the city centre in 15 minutes or take tram for 3-4 stops. Easy access to Airport by public transport and 2 tram stops from Main Train Station. More details in the manual I will send you when you book.

About the Host, Alexandra
I am Czech and live in the UK. Prague is my second home and I'm happy to make my apartment available to Airbnb members when I'm not using it myself. This is why I mostly won't be around when you stay but I will make you feel at home, give you lots of tips about where to go and what to see, and answer all your questions.
