Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this Historic Victorian House built in 1883. Just 400 feet to Main Street, The Sapphire Room is located on the second floor of the main Peabody House. Big picture windows with stained glass overlooking downtown. Beautiful blue tone, quirky artwork. Vintage meets new in this one! Free on site parking. Private entrance to the suite. PLEASE BE AWARE OF STAIRS WHEN CONSIDERING. 2 SETS OF STAIRS ARE INVOLVED IN GETTING TO THE SUITE.

The space
The Peabody was originally built in 1883. The building is classic victorian style. Inside the suite enjoy a sitting room with lots of natural light. A kitchenette sink/counter. A mini fridge, keurig coffee maker and supplies.
Continue into a large King bedroom with more stained glass over a picture window. Memory foam mattress, cozy linens, smart T.V. with Roku to watch your netflix shows at night.
A large ensuite bathroom attaches to the bedroom with a 2 person jacuzzi tub/ shower combo.
Just outside the suite is your private small balcony overlooking the street/downtown. On the second floor baloncy/ porch area there is another private porch/baloncy for another suite.
Access to the first floor wrap around porch and outdoor deck/fire pit is for all guests.

Eureka Springs, Arkansas, United States

Some locals call our little town an urban forest. From our location you get a mix of access and sound to downtown bustle but The Peabody is nestled into the mountainside. From our porches and decks it feels like you've come home to the woods. We often see deer, birds, foxes, and owls. The streets are narrow and quirky all over Eureka Springs but that is part of the charm of this quirky little town.
