The space
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The roomy living area features a huge sectional with plenty of additional seating around the big-screen TV. There's a record player (Beatles-themed, of course!) and kids toys & books so everyone can be entertained. The living room flows into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is newly remodeled and full of amenities including a coffee bar where you can make yourself some espresso or drip coffee! You'll have everything you need and enjoy eating in the comfy dining chairs or on the bar stools at the island.

OUTDOORS:
More fun outside awaits! Soak in the Jacuzzi, practice your putting, or compete at cornhole. You can enjoy the shade under the covered patio complete with a dining set and end the night relaxing on the front porch with 2 wooden rocking chairs. Kids will have plenty to do outside too with a play kitchen, dining table, and Velcro darts. Grill up some burgers and dogs with the charcoal grill and end the night around the fire pit. There is something for everyone!

BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom is equipped with amazing bedding, pillows, and its own unique flair. You will have everything you need, including 4K TVs with YouTube TV, luggage racks, and hangers. Two of the bedrooms even have a desk and chair for remote workers.

BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms are newly renovated and a delight to use! They have all the amenities you'd expect and more.

Guest access
The driveway has space for two cars. Free street parking is generally available as will.

The garage is not available for parking as guests will not have access.

Other things to note
Quiet hours in the backyard are enforced from 9 pm - 8 am.

To monitor points of entry, three external security cameras are installed at the doorbell, front of house, and side yard. None of the cameras point towards interior spaces or into the backyard.

For long-term stays of at least 2 weeks, we do require the scheduling of mid-stay cleanings, during which you will have to be offsite for approximately 2-3 hours. You will be responsible for 50% of any extra required cleanings, not to exceed $100 per cleaning.

Fireplace is not operational.
