The Lost Antler cabin is a place to take a deep breath and rejuvenate the senses. A space that allows your mind to drink up the deep history of the surrounding area, from wild gold mining towns to when the buffalo roamed free on the land.

2 NIGHT MIN required during summer (mid-April to mid-Oct) and holidays.
The cabin is a 30-minute drive to the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
Dog-friendly ($15/night per dog), 2 dog max. Dogs may never be left alone in the cabin unless in a crate

The space
The loft space has a queen and twin bed for up to three people. The first level has a full bath with shower. Another half bath is located in the loft so it's easily accessible from the sleeping space. Looking down from the loft is the kitchen with gas stove, oven, coffee pot and fully stocked cooking utensils. Please bear in mind the loft is accessible via a large ladder built from a tree! It's very sturdy however if you have any physical limitations or are traveling with small children this cabin might not be the best choice for you.
Free range chicken eggs (in season) that come straight from our own Cackle Berry Coop are stocked in your brand new, red, mini retro fridge/freezer. On site (and in season) is also a large garden which you may pick fresh vegetables and herbs from.
There is a covered front porch with grill and Adirondack chairs as well as a back patio with more chairs, a fire pit and dog kennel.
The property is dog friendly and has free wifi (note: it's basic wifi and only meant for using email and internet searches; not for downloading large amounts of data or streaming). Dogs are an additional $15 per night/per dog (max 2 dogs). (Dogs are not allowed on furniture and may not be left alone in the cabin unless in a secure crate)
As the cabin was being built it was taken into consideration of people who would appreciate the vast landscape from Mill Creek Flats, to the who do's of Chimney Rock either way your minds eye will take back with it a reality that only a few are blessed to live.
NOTE: we only accept one night reservation requests during the off-season (i.e. not during the summer). It is a 2-night min stay during the summer and certain holidays.

Other things to note
There are many animals on the ranch, a Great Pyrenees working dog, horses (sometimes free roaming), sheep, chickens, outdoor cats and sometimes cows.
Three (3) person (including any children) maximum (no exceptions)
Two dogs maximum: each dogs is $15/night and may never be left alone in the cabin unless they are in a secure crate (dog owner must supply crate). Guests much disclose if they are bringing a dog and/or service animal.
Service animals used for the sole purpose of aiding a person with a disability are permitted, and should be clearly marked as a working animal. No pet fees are assessed for service animals. Pets whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Born and raised in Iowa on the Mississippi river. After college I moved to San Francisco where I enjoyed life for 8 years at which point I discovered paradise in Montana and the Paradise Valley area. I split my time between the San Francisco Bay area and Montana. In Montana, I manage a few of my friends vacation rentals in the area, so you may meet me or you may meet one of the homeowners when you a book a stay through me, rest assured these are women I trust and whom I call friends!
