  • Can't recommend this place enough. Lots of space, beautiful roof deck view, pool, hot tub all in a secluded part of Scottsdale. Every bathroom has an attached full bath and there are multiple places indoors and outdoors to enjoy a meal. Gary and Sandy leave no stone unturned in providing their guests with all the information they need to operate and enjoy their beautiful home and express a real interest in making sure you enjoy your stay. I happened to leave my wedding ring poolside and Sandy was very responsive when I alerted her and mailed it to me without hesitation. Looking forward to a future visit.

This spacious home made it easy for us all to cook, swim, and relax together around the pool while still having room for privacy. The setting is beautiful. The location was perfect for us for hiking and golf. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. We all are looking forward to our next stay.

  • Home was in a beautiful setting and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Although we stayed for a short time the owners went over the top making sure we were informed on every detail in the house and opened their home completely for us!
We plan to come back next Spring Training!

  • Precisely as described. Excellent and beautiful home. They made it so easy to be there. Full instructions. Home even better than photos. View stupendous. Very private. Car wonderful bonus, older but nice vehicle, clean, and easy to manage getting it and returning it. Fully stocked immaculately clean home. Beds comfortable. Guest bedroom off kitchen very private, full bath and bigger than most home bedrooms. Second master very big with full bath. First master enormous with huge bathroom. Lovely and well stocked huge gourmet kitchen and curved glassed dining area with great view. They encourage you to use the spices and condiments so one does not have to buy all those little things. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen a pleasure to use. Gas kitchen range. Gas grill on patio. Formal dining room is semi-private room suitable to use for a blow up bed if you need more sleeping spaces. Office and PC for your use. WiFi internet throughout house and patios. Good cell and 3-4G reception. Living room very comfortable w big screen TV and gas fireplace, huge windows and great views. Big windows and views throughout house! Peaceful and comfortable furnishings. Good linens. Washer and dryer. Workout equipment in third bay of garage. Extra refrigerator for cold drinks. The covered patio is enormous and we had breakfast out there. So restful. Cooled by mist in hot weather. Nice good size pool. Hot tub generous size. Inner courtyard is walled for security. More yard beyond the wall. Front courtyard and second master bedroom courtyard separate patios for extensive privacy. The upper deck where we watched the sun set is large, has table and chairs and a gas fireplace. Lovely tile and hardwood floors with thick native woven design rugs and carpet in bedroom and living rooms. Those are the amenities. The home is a luxury home with a unique layout of rooms to maximize interest. Upscale in design, neighborhood, and construction. Gated community was easy to access by following instructions. Gary and Sandy made it easy to arrive, stay and depart. They were always available for questions. Highly friendly and actually cared that we enjoyed ourselves. It was our first Airbnb rental and we are totally hooked. I felt like we were staying the home of a good friend while they were away. Everything ready for us, spotlessly clean, lovely, well kept. It was chilly a few days and the house was nice and warm, and there is AC for when it's hot. This is a home to treasure and value. It felt so very comfortable there. Sandy checked in a few times and was accessible. We had six adults. More than enough space. Very relaxed and private. Left good resources to enjoy the community. We went horseback riding at Spur Cross, and to the Grand Canyon (Southwest Tours great!), visited the farmers market in Carefree on Friday morning, toured Sedona and Cave Creek. Stores etc available in nearby Carefree. A highly successful and enjoyable experience!

  • Aside from the home being more beautiful and meticulously maintained then it appears in the photos.Sandy and Gary couldn't have done any more as our hosts.Making sure we had a full operational manual for all the amenities that there home has to offer to allowing us to use their car for our stay...I felt very much at home! We shall return!!! Thank you again..... Gary Barnes ps. Thanks for the bottle of wine and "homemade" jam.....we had to drink/eat it before we left as the only allow 4oz of 'anything' on the plane!

  • We very much enjoyed our stay-cation here! The house is spacious, yet cozy and comfortable; quaintly decorated, yet modernly equipped.

There are a handful of nearby houses, but there is plenty of privacy. The serene setting provides ample tranquility for superb relaxation.

The surrounding area is flush with wildlife, including many birds feeding from the bird feeders. We even saw a bobcat strolling by the driveway while we lounged in the pool area! (Don't worry, we felt safe.)

The community's security personnel provide a secure and safe environment that enhances one's sense of comfort. However, with a bit of planning, it was no bother for guests to visit us.

The Moselles were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond when needed. After a small problem with a broken lock, a locksmith was summoned immediately, and the matter was resolved promptly and with no hassle on our part, whatsoever.

I would certainly recommend this home!

Attorney (retired)
I am a semi-retired California attorney and live in California when not relaxing in Arizona. I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities especially hiking, and gardening. I run 2 miles a day and play racket ball several times a week. I enjoy most of my meals made from scratch (the old fashioned way) using quality produce and avoid fast food restaurants and eating out at run-of-the-mill restaurants. I am happy and content and because I enjoy my home, I take good care of it. I trust that you will also enjoy the home if you decide to choose it for your get-away.
