Really enjoyed our stay in San Francisco and John was very responsive to us. The house is just like the pictures. It is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is also great with easy parking if you have a car. Thank you John!
We stayed for 6 nights in this house (6 adults and 2 kids) the house is perfect for our stay. The house manual was detailed contains all the important information. The house has a terrace with amazing views day and night. John really made us feel welcome and responded to questions within 5 minutes :) He was a very attentive host and made sure we had a good stay. Loved the area especially the neighbourhood shops on 18th and children playground at Mission Dolores Park.
John was very responsive during our stay in his house. He answered all my questions via text very quickly and was really nice. The hair drier in the house was not working and John dropped a new one just a couple hours after I noticed him. He made our stay just like home.
John has a really nice house I should say. It's located in the area with Victoria buildings and the neighborhood is quite and clean. These is a Wholefoods just a couple blocks away. The house is clean and nicely furnished. To be honest, it feels nothing like a cold and dull hotel room, but somewhere you would like to sit down with friends or family and enjoy your afternoon tea time. Would definitely recommend to casual travelers in San Francisco!
John is very professional and is prompt with communications. The house is awesome on the inside and has amazing views on the outside. The neighborhood is quiet and the shops nearby are friendly. The house has an amazing kitchen with everything that you could ever need. There are a lot of good Xbox360 games, and a lot of DVD movies as well. For the startup nerd in you, there are a lot of books on business, tech and internet technologies. The bedrooms are great, and the master bathroom has amazing views while you are taking a shower. Parking can be a bit challenging, I made the mistake of blocking a driveway and got towed, so be sure to not block any driveways, even partially. My recommendation would be to find a permanent parking spot early in the day time then take UBER everywhere. For example, The cost of UBER for a round trip to pier 39 and back is usually less than what you would pay to park at pier 39. If you factor in the challenge to find a parking spot and paying for parking everywhere you go, then taking UBER would be easier and definitely cheaper in the long run.
John's response time couldn't have been quicker. His home is exactly as described. The views are great and the location is very convenient.
John was absolutely great, he made sure we had everything we needed and was a wonderful host.
The home is beautiful and very clean. The view is absolutely amazing as well!
Our group absolutely loved the space, and would definitely stay here again.
This property was a joy to have spent time in, we stayed for just over two weeks and in that time we didn't have a single problem or issue with anything in the house. The living area was lovely and relaxing, the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. The views from the deck and inside the house around the dining areas was stunning looking out over Noe Valley. The two 'guest' bedrooms were smaller though still comfortable, the main bedroom is obviously the 'star' of the bedrooms and the views were amazing to wake up to. The bed was heaven, I haven't slept that well for ages. Everything was very clean and tidy, it was a perfect home, which we would more than happily use again.
The surrounding area was also perfect, since we didn't have a car with us, the public transport of the 24 bus from the end of the road was handy. However being a short walk to the J Church Muni line (on 22nd or 24th) made this place an ideal location. There was a small shop nearby for last minute items, but 24th street has a wide selection of shops and restaurants which helped make this location perfect. The streets were quiet and peaceful at night and waking up hearing birds in the morning is much nicer than the noise of staying in downtown.
Overall, this is a magnificent home, the host was easily available for contact and helpful, especially when I had an issue with the booking.
Very highly recommended.
