Interaction with Guests
Right after you book will send an email with the address, the directions to the house, contact numbers and recommendations of my favorite sites and plans Chueca and Madrid.
Upon arrival, normally be Rosa Maria and Luz Marina, girls who take care of the apartment for me, who will await you at the appointed time on the apartment. You only have to call the intercom and will open from above.
I will be available at all times on my phone or on this page if you need anything at all.
The apartment is located on Postigo de San Martín Street. Two minutes walk to Callao, five to Sol and five to the Royal Palace. It belongs to Los Austrias, the most ancient part of Madrid and you are in the center of the other four interesting neigbourhods of Madrid: Malasaña, Chueca, Latina and Huertas. All of them within walking distance.
You have tosn of nice restuarants and shops arround. I´ll send you a list of my favourite places and plans as soon as you book but you can always ask me if you have a particular interest.
I advise to walk to most places but if you dont feel like it you have Lines 1, 2 and 3 in Sol and 5 and 3 in Callao and 2, 5 and "Ramal" in Ópera. And Mora than 30 bus lines in Sol and Gran Vía.
Also now the puclic electric bikes service is available for tourist (you dont walways find a bike but if you do its a fine way to move arround and its faster than taxis. You have a "totem" in Callao and another one at Plaza de Santo Domingo.
I hope you have a great stay while you are at my place. And I hope you feel at home there. So just treat the house like you would treat yours. Be nice to the neighbors like you´d be to yours. And, please enjoy the flat and the city.
