This Cozy Cottage sleeps up to 4 and offers all the comforts of home with a separate bedroom, dining area, living area, kitchen, private porch and laundry room! There is a KING size bed in Master and a double sleeper sofa in the Living Room. There is a Charcoal grill outside. Golf Cart Rental is separate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, 3 Restaurants, boat rides, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!

The space
Very spacious GROUND FLOOR unit! Separate bedroom, living room and kitchen offer all the comforts of home. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher or an oven. There is a stove top, microwave and cooking appliances. There is a nice screened porch with a table and chairs and a grill for your use outside. Enjoy a full size laundry room for extended stays! Golf Cart rentals are separate and can be rented on-site.
