The Red Hen Homestead is a private 10,000 sqm farm stay in Batangas City with mountain views, wide open space, and a 25m lap pool, around a 2.5‑hour drive from Metro Manila. Our rustic Filipino‑inspired farmhouse has 4 air‑conditioned bedrooms (up to 14 guests), a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious indoor–outdoor areas for shared meals and slow mornings. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, and small teams looking for a peaceful, uncrowded nature retreat.

The space
The Red Hen Homestead is a 10,000 sqm private farm stay in Batangas City, about a few hours’ drive from Metro Manila. It’s designed as a peaceful, hindi‑ma‑tao retreat for families, barkadas, and small teams who want fresh air, open space, and time together.

The main house is a rustic, Filipino‑inspired farmhouse with 4 air‑conditioned bedrooms and 4 baths (plus an extra bathroom), comfortably hosting up to 14 guests. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped indoor kitchen where you can cook homestyle meals together, plus spacious common areas that open up to the garden and pool.

Outside, enjoy our 25‑meter private lap pool with mountain views, a large lawn and garden, and several cozy spots for morning coffee or late‑night stories. You can cook outdoors in the brick oven, use the outdoor kitchen, and gather around the firepit area. There’s also an open‑air massage hut where you can arrange in‑house massages.

For more active guests, you can arrange a hike up Mt. Banoy (about 15 minutes’ drive to the jump‑off), or simply enjoy slow mornings by the pool and quiet evenings under the stars. Catered meals or home‑cooked food can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

As our guest, you will have exclusive use of the entire homestead during your stay.

This includes:

The 25m private lap pool and outdoor shower
The outdoor kitchen and brick oven for grilling and wood‑fired cooking
The open‑air massage hut (massages can be arranged in advance, subject to availability)
The private garden, lawns, and roughly 8,000 sqm of natural open space around the house
You’ll also be staying about a 15‑minute drive from the Mt. Banoy view deck / trail area, which is a nice option for a short hike or drive with views on a clear day.

The property is not shared with other guests – your group has the place to yourselves.

Please note:

This is a true farm and nature stay, so you can expect insects, birds, and other small critters, especially at night and during the rainy season. Bring insect repellent and appropriate clothing/footwear.

We encourage you to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air, but please close doors and screens at night to keep insects out.

Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets or host any small celebrations or team outings, so we can confirm suitability, house rules, and any additional arrangements or fees.
