The Space

You are very welcome to friendly house in quiet south part of Dublin. The house is located in housing estate close to all shops and public transport just a stone throw away from City Centre (15 min - taxi 10Euro!!)
The bus comming to town stops just in front of city centre Temple bar where most of things happen :) and its close to all tourist attractions.

I offer you to stay in private double bedroom with your own private en suite bathroom.
Place is warm, cosy and comfortable and house has all facilities such as dishwasher, washing mashine and full use of kitchen any time.
This friendly, warm and welcoming house with open fireplace is owned by young Polish girl. As foreginer myself I used to visit all turistic places when I came to Ireland first, so I will be able to help you and give you few tips :)
I love going out and dinig out so do not hesitate to ask me! there are plenty nice restaurants around worth visiting for lovely food and nice athmosfere.

Downstairs there is nice and comfy living room to sit down and and watch a bit of TV with open fire, large kitchen with all convinience and dining area. Big advantage is goegeous sunny and private garden with lots of flowers.
I bought the house about a year a go and did lots of work to make it nice and comfortable. I can say its still work in progress but you could see from the pict the house take a bit of shape now :) I love handmade unique stuff and I am trying to decorate it according to my (website hidden) dad is an artist and makes stuff from wood, so you could see some of his pieces around.

Your bedroom has comfy 4ft double bed and en suite bathroom with electric shower. Downstairs there is another bathrom to use with a bath to relax after busy day walking around Dublin.
Towels and bed linnen are provided.

Just on the corner of Devenish road there is bus going directly to town (83 and 9), busses goes regulary every 15 min.
If you choose to take taxi (ex. later at night, taxi fare from city centre is about 10-12 Eur.)
Also just 10 min walking there is shop with all what you need (Superquinn) open till late.

There is shuttle from the airport going to town. You have to get off Trinity College stop (7 eur fare) and then you can catch bus to my house just cross the road (83).
Taxi fare from the airport is fixed €25 if you book through my local taxi company (phone number hidden). They trace your flight and time of arrival and somebody will be waiting for you on the arrival. Sometimes random taxis can charge you more (30-35)

Also for your convinience!

  • Agata was a wonderful and friendly host. She gave us a lot of tips and suggestions for traveling in Dublin and in the surrounding area. She even let us borrow her GPS to find a restaurant out in the mountains (we rented a car). Her hospitality was excellent. We found our room exactly as depicted and described, with a little tray of chocolates on the bedside table. The bathroom was equipped with a couple amenities like lotion, shampoo/conditioner, etc. There was also a very short but detailed explanation of how to use the shower and secure the home when leaving for the day. We will be back next time we visit Dublin!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Agata's place!!! The room is lovely and very clean. We could use the kitchen and all other facilities - everything was perfect.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is a bus to city center but if you like walking it'll take about 35 min to get to the center or about 45 min to get to O'Connell street (and it is a really nice walk :)).
Above all, Agata is a wonderful host! She is very kind, friendly, thoughtful, ready to help you with everything you need - she had helped us a lot before we arrived (providing info we asked for and giving us some suggestions regarding our trip) and even more during our stay at her place. Definitely would recommend her!!!
Thank you once again, Agata, for your hospitality and all your help!

  • Agata is tops in everything about her bnb and her warm communication with guests. She make you feels at home and provides all the little things for you at her house that you forgot to bring on your trip. A very pleasant and comfortable experience. Buses very close by that take one into center of Dublin. Giant food store, restaurants and small shops within a short walking distance.

  • We had a lovely time at Agata's house. The room was perfect, clean and has it's own bathroom. The house is well located and is very easy to get to the city center. She recomended us some beatiful places to visit. Agata is a lovely person, she is very helpful and friendly. If we come back to Dublin we would definitely go again to Agata's house. • Agata is really thoughtful, she left (email hidden) to Dublin and some information on how to take the bus to Dublin. She also let us use the kitchen and fridge, and the room she provides has its own bathroom. Very cute home. I never got to see her much as we always came back pretty late and left late but she just gives you the key to the house to come and go as you please so that wasn't a problem. Lovely stay, and pretty convenient location to go explore Dublin from. I'd definitely stay with her again if I ever come back to Dublin. ^_^

  • Nice room with own bathroom, everything was very clean. We could also use a big kitchen, dining room and garden. Agata is very nice and everyday she was interested about our day. From citycentre arrives bus with bus stop in about 200 metres from the house. The journey lasts in about 20 minutes. (The bus timetable is not very friedly to the tourist). In the neightborhood there was all we need - pub, supermarket and also store with burgers. I really recommend to stay at Agata's house to everyone.

  • Such a nice experience ! Easy to access from airport, Agata's place is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with a small supermarket very near. Room is nice and clean, as the whole house. Agata is a very welcoming and discreet person, dynamic and friendly. Dublin is a lovely city, welcoming and easy going people. We would definitly recommend it.

  • Agata was so friendly, welcoming, and provided great communication and directions before our arrival. She was helpful to us while learning how to navigate transportation to/from downtown. The location is safe, quiet, nice, and an easy bus ride to city centre. The house was clean and Agata invited us to make ourselves at home. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet, private place with easy access to the city of Dublin.

  • Great room with private bath in a quiet suburb of Dublin. Great location(places to eat close by for half the prices of downtown Dublin). Room is quiet for most part but can have loud noises from the neighbors. If you're a light sleeper like me you may want to skip this one. Friendly host!

I am an open and outgoing person. Meeting new people, seeing new places is my second nature. I love food and I cook myself a bit, but you are more than welcome to ask me where to dine because I tested a lot Dublin's restaurants :) I like sport and I run and cycle regularly to keep me fit. I bought my house 6 months ago and renovated it recently and improved for my own and guests convenience. Its warm welcoming home the same as the owner!
