Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Great location. Very close to everything that you could need. Elevator was broken during our stay though and we had to carry our luggage down six flights of stairs. Other than this, no complaints. Hillary was lovely and check in and out was very simple. Would stay here again.

  • The location of the apartment is excellent, the subway is around the córner and the Rockefeller Center is 10 minutes walking. The apartment has all the necessary things for a vacation stay. Hillary was very nice and attentive all the time. I would repeat next time.

  • Unfortunately, we have not got to know Hillary personally, but, nevertheless, everything has worke with the organisation really!! The apartment is really centrally, better it simply does not go! You can achieve everything on foot very well!!! In the flatle apartment is for 2 people enough burst. I would rent immediately again with Hillary the apartment!!

  • Hillary's apartment is in midtown close to anything we could have wanted. Clean and very comfortable. We even found free parking for the night on the street a block over.

  • PROS: Good location in mid-town East side; pleasant, helpful owner; great shower

CONS: tiny, funky apt reminiscent of a college dorm room; old, worn bed that squeaks terribly; dogs (yes, plural) living just downstairs that bark whenever anyone walks past; somewhat noisy street with single pane windows

If you're a sound sleeper and are just looking for a mid-town crash pad, this apt is perfect. If you're a light sleeper - good luck.

  • This apartment was a perfect base to explore NYC. It was in a lovely area of midtown manhattan with lots of local eateries in the vicinity and walking distance to Times. Sq and the subway. Apartment was comfortable and clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Would happily recommend this place to stay. The host was more than helpful in ensuring we got the keys and everything went smoothly.

  • I stayed at Hillar'y's studio and although it is a small studio (this is NYC) the price was fantastic and the place was really adorable. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and nicely tiled in marble and the favorite part-- the private terrace. It was the best way to end the evening with a glass of wine :). I'd definitely come back anytime.
