So, you are welcome for some days, a week or month in this sunny cozy apartment. Private or for sharing! The apartment, on second level (only a few stairs in a six-block-apartment), has a cozy living, is very light, Free Wi-Fi access (read the information after booking), a balcony on the south side and an extra room besides the bedroom. There is one (double) bed and eventually a mattress. You can use the basic equipped kitchen if you want although there are many excellent restaurants in the center of Amsterdam or around the area of the apartment.
It is a quiet area, close to Science Park train station, bus- and tram stop.
The Flevopark is close by and an excellent place for having a pick nick or barbecue with lots of nice spots to hang out, do some sports and when you like sitting at the waterside or having a swim. Also Parc Frankendael is close by and even Oosterpark is not far away.
There are café's and restaurants and shops in the close neighborhood, also a supermarket (check the information after booking), and a little farther away is a lovely area with the daily local Dappermarket, it has a lively and varied atmosphere.
And typical Dutch: it is only 20 minutes cycling to the city Centre, You can also go by train (10 minutes) or tram 9 (20 minutes), it is very easy.
I do have a great experience in St.Peterburg myself when i was there for holiday and for travellers like me; I wish you the same, enjoy it!
The place is quite and you will feel comfortable and very welcome in the house.
A light living room, balcony on the sunny side, kitchen, free wifi, bedroom, bathroom.

There are many parks close by, supermarket also. It is quiet; you will sleep deep and good. And the city center is depending on the way of traveling to reach in 15-20 minutes. In the neighborhood are bars and restaurants.
Close by train station Science Park, bus and tram.
Other Things to Note
When I am away the apartment is all yours. When I am in Amsterdam I did en do share the apartment many times; there are two bedrooms and the living is large. We go our own way and most time we don't even be there at the same time but it can be really nice to have a chat or share a dinner. It is great to meet people and inspire each other.
Live your life with respect for yourself and your environment; material, nature and people loves to be treaten nicely.
Excelente expericencia!
We had a very good time at Gingers apartment.
The way to the centre is quick available and the station near.
Also the supermarket.
The apartment is light and clean and we slept very well. :-)
The reservation was canceled 11 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Really nice appartment and atmosphere at Sandra's. Open minded and talkative, she is a great host. We loved our stay!
Ginger was nice, friendly and helpful with her advice. That said, we were a little disappointed by the flat - for the price we felt like we could have got a nice hotel room a lot closer to the centre, which would have included breakfast as well!
For a short stay (we stayed one night) this is probably too far away from the centre to be worth it - 5-10 mins walk to the tram, and then 20 mins on the tram to the city centre. while it is a quiet neighborhood, the flat is in a huge block of apartments, which we were not expecting.
The location is great because it is just 10-15 minutes to city center by tram or 40 minutes by walk and it allows to see this really nice area of Amsterdam.
We did not rent the whole apartment- just a room while Sandra was staying in the apartment too. We were a bit dissapointed with the fact we could not use the living room where Sandra was staying during our stay. We would have prefered more clarity in advance regarding the conditions of the arrangement of stay, as well as after we arrived. Unclearity regarding one's expectations and the arrangements makes it hard to "feel at home", which is what Airbnb guests are looking for.
We had a pleasant time at Ginger's apartment. It was nice and cosy. We love the quiet neighborhood which is away from the bustling central.
Mi love the vibes of music, dancing and people around me although i can really be happy on my own in silence.
Parks, musea, walking, chatting, meditating and sports do av my interests.
Am a tour operator for Jamaica, a coach/healer, a graphic designer and a bicycle repairer (is that a existing word?).
Mi like simple, open minded, joy and happiness. I realy like to travel but only if i can feel my environment as mi home.
