Lori is awesome and her house was the perfect pad for SXSW. We squeezed 8 people into this house and it was fantastic. The house was spotless and there were beds and/or couches for all of us.
Right around the corner, there are some great mexican restaurants, which are perfect for a breakfast burrito. Downtown Austin is just a quick $12 cab away, so you can easily get down there to see what the city has to offer.
I'd highly recommend Lori's house going forward.
