of: - a large and bright living room entirely window, with enchanting view of the lake, equipped with a beautiful terrace of 15 square meters equipped for outdoor dining and to enjoy moments of relaxation.
- spacious, practical and complete kitchenette, including, among other things, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, etc.;
- a large bathroom with shower and washing machine (equipped with hairdryer);
- two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, two of which can become a double bed, both with spacious wardrobes and able to hold a cot and a cot on request;
- private garage.

Stays are 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday, check-in from 15.00 to 18.00, check-out from 10.00.

Suitable for families and couples of all ages, for those looking for a relaxing holiday, but at the same time full of places to visit and, for those who want, sports to practice.

Nearby we find the village of Corenno Plinio, Bellano with its waterfalls, Varenna (approx. 9 km), Bellagio and Menaggio (both reachable, also by lake, by ferry direct from Dervio or Varenna) and the splendid villas that characterize these, like many other typical and graceful villages of Lake Como, such as Villa Cipressi and Villa Monastero (Varenna), Villa Carlotta (in Tremezzo), Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni (in Bellagio), Villa Balbianello and many others.
In the summer months from Dervio and, throughout the year from Varenna and Bellano, there is the opportunity to visit the aforementioned villas and other places, such as Piona and the Abbey of the Cistercian friars, with fascinating boat tours.

Thanks to the presence of the lake, a 5/10 minute walk from our apartment, you can practice sailing, wind-surfing, kyte surfing, canoeing and rent motor boats for water skiing or pleasant trips.
In Dervio there are sailing schools, windsurfing, kyte surfing and two marinas.

The mountain lends itself to excursions at high altitudes and pleasant walks of various difficulties, with the possibility of reaching cozy refuges that offer excellent local cuisine (Monte Legnone and the Grigne).
In the winter, thanks to the proximity of the Piani di Bobbio area (approx. 30 km from Dervio, 35 km of slopes) downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, snowboarding, telemark and snowshoeing are available.

Milan, which is approx. 80 km from Dervio, is easily reachable by both train and car (all freeway).
Other cities to visit are nearby Lecco (30 km), Como and Bergamo (approx. 60 km).
