This property is located in a Urban, older, Mid-town neighborhood, the neighbors are extremely friendly. We have never experienced any crime issues or etc with this property. Street Parking Available.

The space
The owner lives in one room and the 3 other rooms share a single bathroom. From the window you will see a variety of wildlife. Including birds, squirrels, lizards and butterflies. Oh and an occasional cat or two.
