The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need including olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and spices. There is a ceiling fan but no AC in the living area.
The shower room is spacious with cotton towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner & hand soap.

Interaction with Guests
Although the apartment is located in our home premises, it is completely independent. Once we show you the place and hand the keys, you are on your own. Of course we are more that happy to share time with you, if that is what you want & are here to help you out in anything you might need.
The breezy studio is located on premise of our house in a quite residential neighborhood between Isla Verde and Condado (the main hotel areas) and is minutes away from the LMM International airport and from the blue cobble stone streets and colorful facades of Old San Juan .
The area is full of amenities such as restaurants, taquerias, pizzerias, cafes, trendy bars, yoga studios, boutiques, surf shops, local fruit & vegetable stands, groceries, 24/7 drugstores, 24/7 supermarkets and a public park with a running track, tennis courts, a soccer field and a children's playground that face the ocean.
Main streets and highway are easily accessible and the area is served by public transportation. There is parking in the street right in front of the house.

Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even a yoga mat :)! Our host was very gracious and friendly making us feel welcome. The yard is absolutely beautiful and the beach is a very short walk. Highly recommend trying Acapulco, the restaurant down the street.
Casa Blanca is a true Gem in a great neighborhood, only a few steps from the beach and very close to many great local restaurants and stores. The apartment is decorated very elegant and modern. You feel right at home! The hosts are amazing and were super accommodating!
What a lovely place to stay for first visit to San Juan. Lovely rooms and garden. Hosts gave good advice for where to visit outside San Juan too. Only wish we could've stayed longer! Would definitely return and recommend to others! Please note: you'll need to help direct taxis here because they may not be familiar with this residential neighborhood.
The space was nicely decorated and as shown in the pictures. It is a short walk to public beach access. Check in and out was easy-simply sent Sol a text letting her know of our soon arrival and the same with check out. The back yard was lovely as well; quite secluded and relaxing. The home is located off of a busy street however and it was loud with traffic. I feel like we would have enjoyed our stay more if we had not come from an extremely quiet and calm spot in Luquillo, not expecting San Juan to be the busy and bustling city it was.
Sol was extremely welcoming when I arrived at Casa Blanca, and offered great recommendations of places to visit while I was in town. The apartment itself is incredibly adorable, clean and everything you could want and need in a place while visiting San Juan.
My friend and I enjoyed staying at the CasaBlanca: close to ocean park beach and Kasalta (our fav local breakfast!), and away from the touristy Old San Juan. We also loved making fruit salad in their cute little backyard. Sol was nice to greet and send us off as well :)
Sol and Gianluca were both very welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was great! Everything was just as the listing described. The beach is a five minute walk away, as is a grocery store. And the highway is just down the road too. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in San Juan.

Back in the Summer of 1996, just when I decided that my unscripted time in Florence had come to an end, (an original plan to take a three-month college break pleasantly extended into 4 years of jewelry making school) my husband Gianluca, a Lighting Designer from Milan, had just returned to Italy after a year living in Jamaica, and decided that Florence was the place he wanted to live. But life is full of twists, and even though it seemed like our destinies were headed in opposite directions, a year later our lives entangled.
I returned to Florence for vacation and ran into him again. But this time around, love got in our way. How can you say no to love? So, a few months after that first spark, I moved back to Italy; this time to Milan, where I got a job as a Product Director for a high-end fashion jewelry house.
Eighteen years later, back in San Juan, Puerto Rico we have two kids: 9 year-old Noa, our boy born in Milan and 7 year-old Numa, our girl born in San Juan. We renovated a 1970’s six-unit property, where we live on the second floor and rent the rest of the units to long-term tenants.
Last April, after lodging Gianluca's parents in one of the vacant apartments during their visit, we decided to use some of the units to host family and friends visiting from abroad. When not in use by family or friends, it is available for travelers looking for a home away from home.
