A bright clean one bedroom apartment in a purpose built block on Inverness Terrace, Bayswater, Central London, W2.
This one bedroom third floor flat has wi fi, porter & lift, My apartment has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay in the center of London. A quiet double bedroom with TV, A fully fitted kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils , A clean bathroom with shower, A large flat screen TV with DVD & Hifi, with dining area set in a lovely portered building in the heart of London. The sofa in the living room is comfortable for one guest to sleep on overnight.
Location close to all the amenities of Bayswater & Notting Hill Gate with Queensway just few moments away. The peace and quiet of Kensington Gardens and Palace is at the top of the street. The closest tube stations are Queensway (Central line), Bayswater (District & Circle line) Royal Oak (Hamersmith & City line). with tour buses stopping at the top of the street. There are several supermarkets including Planet Organic and an Odeon and independent cinemas close by. Whiteley's shopping center is 100 yards away and there are many of London's best restaurants and pubs to choose from, a list of my favorites will be your guide, the museums of South Kensington are all in walking distance through the beautiful Kensington Gardens, This is I feel the best neighborhood of central London it's both central and with the feel of a village with London's oldest art deco Porchester Spa nearby.

We have spent four days in Toby´s appartment, and the location is perfect: restaurants, shops,transport... everything very closed to the flat. Nice to see Toby´s artwork on the walls!
The apartment is quiet for its location as it is situated at the back of the building, so there is little street noise. There is the ambient sound of the city which you would expect in a city like London. It does help to close the windows in the bedroom as this reduces any sounds considerably.
I spent one week at Toby's flat with my wife and kids. We felt really comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
I stayed in Bayswater several times before and I highly recommend it. It has excellent underground connections, Bayswater station 5 minutes walk, while queensway and Paddington around 10 minutes walk. Hyde Park is also 10 minutes, a plus for families with kids. The area is well serviced, as few grocery stores (including sainsbury's and waitrose) are within 1 minute walk form the flat. In addition, many good restaurants are located on both Queensway and Westbourne Grove streets. Despite the area is lively, the flat itself is quite as windows open on a backstreet.
The flat itself is nice and clean. Both bedroom and living room are good sized compare to london standards. The kitchen is small, but enough to function smoothly. The bed is comfortable and the sofa is also comfortable. Although there is no washing machine, however, this wasn't an issue as a laundry shop loacted under the building.
I met Toby, he was welcoming and kind. He spent some time explaining. Check in and check out was very smooth.
I will definitely saty there again, and highly recommend Toby's flat.

Everything was perfect in our stay in London at Toby's apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, very well located, near two tube stations, well equiped, and with much of the very good art Toby collects and produces. We would definetely stay there again.
As advertised! I had a delightful stay in the central area of London. Great location and nicely furnished flat. All required items for preparing your meals. I felt very safe due to the security features. Super accessible to multiple transport hubs. Toby was an excellent host. No problems during my stay. Lots of nice touches, thanks Toby.
Toby was quick to respond and very pleasant to work with throughout the booking experience and it was nice to meet him in person when checking in. The location was great with tube stations, shops, and restaurants all very close by. We were also able to walk to a few museums and around Hyde park which was also very pleasant. The flat itself was perfect for the three of us and Toby was very considerate. Small conveniences like power adapters to help keep our voracious electronics alive were very much appreciated.
I really enjoyed my stay at Toby's apartment. Everything was as described. The location is great with many tube stations around. Toby is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely suggest his apartment!
Very convenient location / neighborhood. The lift to get to the third floor was much appreciated, as my mother hurt her foot during a walk in the city. (The bath tub is perhaps slightly inconvenient for people with mobility issues, as it features a very high wall, but that shouldn't be an issue for most.) Toby was helpful with any questions we had before and during the stay.
