Massimo was a great host! We got there earlier than expected but he graciously accommodated our early arrival. He gave us keys and recommendations on where to go for good Italian food. The room was clean and nice with a real bed and wifi connection. We had a shared bathroom but we never noticed the other guests nor had availability issues. We walked to the Colosseum several times and it always took us around 25-30minutes (confirm on Google Maps, that it is a 1.2km or 27min walk & part of it is uphill). The metro is about 5 blocks away and only 3 stops away from Termini (main train station). Within a few blocks, there are a few cafes and restaurants as well as the best Tiramisu in Italy Pompi. Overall, we had a nice stay at Massimo's B&B.
My daughter and I spent a very enjoyable week staying at Massimo's apartment in a pleasant and conveniently situated part of Rome. It was a few minutes from the Metro and so easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit. Massimo was at work when we arrived and so his neighbour let us in, we met him a couple of days later. He was very friendly and helpful and also promptly answered emails both before and during our stay about any questions we had. He also kindly booked a taxi for our early morning departure on our last day. The apartment was very comfortable and I would recommend it as a good place to stay when visiting Rome.
Great host, lots of clear instructions to make things easy for guests. Accommodated my last minute booking and was very responsive when I had questions. Thank you very much
Gracias a él he aprendido cómo cocinar bien la pasta.
Location is convenient, 20 mins of walk from Collosseum and other attractions. Apartment is clean, warm and quiet. Massimo is great host, he even made a coffee on the last day. Highly recommended and would certainly stay here on my next visit.
I stayed with Massimo for the second time because I had already spent almost 20 days at his and it was great. The flat is beautiful, in a great area and super close to the metro. Everything is clean and Massimo is a great host. Absolutely recommended!
