This condo is the end unit, it is the quietest and most private. The entire complex, Los Suenos 2, is only 22 units. Parking right outside of the complex gate. The condo has a built in desk for use as a workspace. Close to the Thursday night market. Cute, quaint complex

The space
Enjoy this comfortable and well-equipped condo featuring two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The main floor offers a fully air-conditioned open-concept kitchen, living room, and a combined office/laundry space with a full-size washer and dryer. The built-in desk comfortably accommodates two laptops and printers—perfect for remote work.

Stay connected with high-speed fibre optic internet (recently tested at 517 Mbps download / 529 Mbps upload). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, four-burner stove, cookware, and dishes.

Located in a quiet, secure gated complex with onsite security, the condo also features a charming front patio. While cozy in size, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee as sunlight filters through the palm trees, or to unwind with an intimate dinner in the evening. The teak patio furniture, locally crafted, adds a beautiful touch.

Additional highlights include a private outdoor shower and a pool just steps away. Prefer the ocean? One of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches is only a 10–15 minute walk, along with great restaurants and shops.

**Important Notes:**

* Due to local plumbing systems, toilet paper must be disposed of in the provided bins (not flushed).
* This is a non-smoking condo and complex. Smoking is only permitted outside the main gates.

The local community is known for its warmth and friendliness—something that truly makes Costa Rica special. Whether you're surfing, boogie boarding, or simply enjoying a sunset beach walk, this is a place to relax and take it all in.

Guest access
You’ll have full private access to the entire condo, giving you plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Out front, there’s a small patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind in the evening. It’s a peaceful spot to take in the tropical surroundings. The pool is shared with the other condos in the complex and is just a short walk away—perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day.

Other things to note
It’s not uncommon in Tamarindo to experience occasional power or internet outages. These are typically short-lived, and service is restored quickly—we appreciate your patience if this happens during your stay.

Water interruptions can also occur in town. To ensure your comfort, the condo is equipped with a reserve water tank so you’ll continue to have running water. That said, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage.

The condo features a 32" smart TV, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite shows.

During the day, we love opening the front and back doors to let in the fresh tropical air—both are fitted with screen doors to keep the space comfortable. If you prefer a cooler indoor environment, air conditioning is available throughout the condo for your use.

The gate into the complex is always locked. You will be provided the code to open the gate.
