About this listing
My guest tend to love the fact that this apartment is walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants, and is also very close to the SAP center downtown (8 min drive away). This is a quiet and comfortable space.
This is a charming, spacious one bedroom apartment that is a three minute walk from downtown Willow Glen, which features tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. You will not need a car to access almost any type of food (Greek, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, too many to list!), and there is a charming wine bar four minutes walk from the front door. There is a plasma television with a large selection of DVDs to choose from, as well as access to Netflix. I also have cable that includes HBO and Showtime. A large back patio serves as a great place to read and relax. There is a comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom, and the large sectional in the living room can sleep two more. The apartment has excellent privacy, as stone walls block out potential noise from the neighbors. One of my favorite things about Airbnb is meeting wonderful new people, and I can't wait to meet you!
This is a one bedroom so you get the whole thing to yourself.
Interaction with Guests
I am easy to contact through text and email, unless I am out of the country. In those cases I have a local assistant.
There is a bus stop right out front. Uber and Lyft rides are very affordable from here to access downtown SJ and the SAP center. As I've mentioned, much is walkable right from the door.
Other Things to Note
One thing that you should know is that I do have a cat. I can arrange for him to be gone while you are here, but his dander will be present so anyone with extreme allergies will not be comfortable here.
This is a quiet building and there are strict rules about loud social gatherings. I prefer quiet couples and families.
I am from right here in the South Bay, and I love going to the Bay Area's great restaurants and exploring Oakland and San Francisco. I love going dancing to great house music or just enjoying good wine or a nice cocktail on the weekends.
I am a teacher, and I am very passionate about social justice issues in education. I'm an open book, so if you have any questions about me feel free to ask away!
