  • It's advertised as cozy -- and it is! Comfortable room, convenient location, all the amenities. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to you.

  • I had a wonderful stay at 43rd Street Art house. I'm on a new project in OKC and needed a new place to stay untill I found a more permanent setup. This place has certainly helped me to find my feet. I had private bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. I was able to use the entire ground floor, living room and kitchen, which gave me plenty of space. Overall have good memories. Thanks Cynthia!!

  • Cyn and Pete were great hosts. The place is immaculate and very comfortable. Not sure if I'll be back in OKC any time soon, but if I am, 43rd Street Art House will be my first option!

  • The stay was pleasant and they were hospitable hosts.

  • I really enjoyed my stay at Cyn's house, it was just right for my purposes in Oklahoma City. It is close to the program I was attending each day, so very convenient, and Cyn and her husband were both very hospitable. Everything was very clean, and if I needed to return to OKC I'd be happy to stay there again.

  • Very nice home with lots of privacy. My guest and I were greeted once we arrived and given the grand tour of the place. The room and bed were very comfortable and I was made to feel like it was truly my home. Loved how clean the place was once we arrived as well. The communication through email and text was very helpful as we drove into OKC the day after another round of tornadoes. They kept me in the loop about EVERYTHING and made sure I knew what my next steps were. Even though the second room was rented out last minute while I was out and about in OKC, they locked my room door for security and provided a quick update about the new roommates and where I could find the key to unlock my room.

Overall, as my first Airbnb experience, I was VERY happy and now more likely to use this site for other trips. Thank you for making me a believer!

  • Great people, great place to stay. Highly recommend staying here.

  • Cyn and Peter were prompt and hospitable and so sweet, from the pizza waiting in the freezer for me, to the breakfast food and fruit and the beautiful and cozy, full-sized bed ( lovely blue quilt and 4 pillows all to myself!)
It was exactly the little get-away retreat I hoped it would be. I can't wait to come back in the spring and stay for a longer period.

  • If you are in OKC, there is quite literally no better place to stay. Clean, great furnishings, all the amenities you'd ever need, and much more. With a comfy large bed, shower with nice water pressure, full kitchen for cooking, and fast wifi, it feels like you are practically at home. Location in the city is great as well; you are close enough to just about everything, but far enough for some peace and quiet. The hosts are incredibly nice and will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. I could not recommend these accommodations enough.

Response from 43rd Street Art House:

We found the money in unmarked bills in a paper sack in the trash can on the corner of 5th street. Your mother will return to you now, unharmed. ;-) ....No really! Thanks for the glowing review, Matt! Glad our efforts don't go unnoticed :-) Cyn
