The space
This is a place that’s built for those who love the outdoors.

The interior of the A-frame is new, clean, neat and efficient.

It's a TINY HOUSE a perfectly small space, meant to thrust you out of doors

(...there are dark shades on the windows, extra blankets and fast wi-fi for rainy days!)

No TV, on purpose. Many visitors completely unplug...

+swim
+kayak

+hike

There’s a wonderful porch, with comfy chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or a midnight howl at the MOON.

...

(We provide coffees and teas, Keurig style.)

While you're here, it'll feel like you've got the lake pretty much entirely to yourself!

if your party spills off the porch, options are ample--plenty of seating -- a picnic table, comfy dock chairs, a swing and a warm fire.

We make every effort to stock our cabin with premium touches—like better toilet paper and quality coffee.

Please! Do not bring wood in from outside it can cause problems in our forest.

To remedy this, we sell large bundles

A full stack of dried oak is $30 and a half is $20
Kayak and canoe rental also available on the premises

COOKING:

--> Inside, there's a single burner electric cooktop, and an AIR FRYER...
--> A gas-powered grill just outside your door, and...
-->a wonderful fire pit with a cooking grill that rotates over the flame.

Space for food prep is limited, though we have made every effort to stock the small kitchen with all you need to have an amazing time on the lake.

Our goal is to make sure your stay is a five star experience....

-->please keep in mind we have small animals and small children roaming all over our property.

IF YOU BRING dogs, that's great, we just ask that you report them to us PRIOR to arrival.

Gotta keep everyone safe.

Thanks and see you soon!

Guest access
You'll be situated on the edge of little peninsula behind Prices Bridge -- in the sleepy town of Leesville, South Carolina.

Your A-frame is located at the bottom of our LARGE backyard, right on top of our fishing dock and boat ramp.

You may see another guest or one of us, in this shared area.

While here, treat the land well, and it'll return the favor.

-->Spotting deer in the early morning is nearly guaranteed,
-->you’ll surely see the mighty blue heron around the shores….
-->You may even see owls or a bald eagle!

Our ramp that's suitable for boats up to 18 feet, keeping in mind you probably won't make it out to BIG water unless you're a smaller than a John boat of 14' and can slip under Prices Bridge.

IMPORTANT:

+Tell us if you bring a pet

you won’t find another stay quite like this one because Prices Bridge cuts off nearly all boats from entering our cove.

This means it feels like you're on your own private lake--you will only see other guests or us (and we only have 3 small cabins so that is minimal)!

Other things to note
NOTEWORTHY:

We rent kayaks and canoes -- see below for more info (one orange kayak is included with your rental).

++ We welcome your pets
for an additional $fee$.

Doggies are welcome to be “off-leash” provided: that..

1. We have met your pet and given explicit permission.
2. they aren’t dangerous for our TODDLERS, ducks or chickens, etc.

In the small area between your tiny house and the lake, you’ll enjoy full access to:

-a small boat launch,
-a dock,
-picnic table,
-chairs and swings,
-lots of fishing
-20 acres of lakefront area to roam
-great swimming

The A-frame is ideally suited to couples, and couples with a child or two.

If your group is larger than 3 people, we offer camping and have other cabins.

If you come out here:

+You’ll have access to 25 walkable acres,
half of which is forest.

+There is one nice marked trail which has been cleared to tractor width that takes you through 0.4 miles to the peninsula point (Norman’s Point).

Want to explore?

Rent a kayak or canoe from M&M Canoe and Kayak Rental (located on the property)

--->head out on the lake or…

…walk the shoreline, or find Norman’s Point for some epic photos.

We work very hard to cultivate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere,

so

…whether you need an escape from your busy life

or

…just need a GREAT place to stay while you’re in town

you’ll find it here!
