Cool studio with exposed iron trusses one block from the historic centre of Budapest. It comfortably hosts a couple or small group of friends, maximum 6. Located in a real Budapest building it is the perfect pad for a short stay in the city, close enough to all the tourist attractions and the nightlife without suffering the overcrowd areas and still maintaining a true Hungarian feeling.
The space
The space has a cool/youngish style, trying to keep the spirit of the house.
It features a multifunctional area where the kitchen, living and social activities take place. A double bed and a convertible sofa are available. An extra sleeping zone is available upon request which is situated on top of a mezzanine in the hallway, accessible using a suspended stair, where a double mattress is available for additional 2 prs. Comfortable bathroom featuring a Venetian shower is situated under the mezzanine.
Please note that the building lacks a lift and it is located in a third floor. You have a nice sunny stay at the top floor of this building.
For your safety and security we provide recorded video surveillance by motion detection which is stored up to 72 hrs. Cam is installed on the common used antre, OUTSIDE OF THE FLAT, covering the entrance.
We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented flat at all

Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not:
- We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests.
- What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel.
- For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week)
- We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home.
We are able to help you with airport transfers. We are also there to give you recommendations about the city, restaurants and things to see and do.

The apartment is located 200 meters from Kalvin Square, right in the neighbourhood called the Palace Quarter. It is a lively (yet quiet), still pretty local, area full of universities and colleges, small cafés and hype shops. It lies between the tourist landmarks (in 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach Váci street, the Danube, the Great Market Hall, the Great Synagogue, Gellert etc) and the busy nightlife district (also 10 minutes on foot). The area is full of pedestrian streets and squares perfect for dining al fresco or having a drink after strolling the city in a hassle free environment and at local prices.
