Close to the beach, UCLA, and LAX. Super close to buses to get anywhere in the city, easy parking, and very close to walk to groceries and restaurants. In building laundry, wifi, and fresh linens provided.
We re-arrange our bedroom every once in awhile but it will look something like this. When you arrive, the bed will be made with fresh linens.
Welcome to our home!
This listing is for our entire apartment, and if you're seeing this listing, it means you're traveling on dates that we're out of town.
We also have a listing for only the couch, which is visible while we're at home.
The second-floor apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed that accommodates two people. There is also a couch in the living room for a third person, and an air mattress that can be inflated on the living room floor or a comfy camping pad (mattress foam) for up to four guests.
You are welcome to cook your food in our kitchen and use our refrigerator and appliances. We have a broadband Internet connection and a wireless router. There is coin-operated laundry in our building.
The apartment also has an outdoor patio with a view of the street. Opening the patio door and the living room window lets a very nice sea breeze through the unit.
The beach is an easy 40-minute walk, 15-minute bike ride, or 5-minute car ride away.
We have an off-street parking space next to the building, in addition to good street parking in the neighborhood (check signs for restrictions on Thursdays and Fridays).

Interaction with Guests
We won't be here but we'll make sure we can answer the phone, text, emails for communication, questions before and during your stay.
Very walkable neighborhood! Grocery stores: Ralphs (regular), Smart and Final (bulk and cheaper), indie middle eastern/essentials, Bristol Farms (fancy/organic) within several blocks. Also CVS. So many restaurants of all types and range of price: Thai, Chinese, Persian, Mexican, Korean BBQ, sushi, Greek, French bakery, Japanese, bagels. Bars.
On Friday and Saturday nights, you'll hear partying in the neighborhood. Most of it comes from a specific bar, which we're happy to direct you to if you want to join the action.
You can get *anywhere* in LA from Wilshire Blvd. or Santa Monica Blvd on public transit.
Other Things to Note
We are continually redesigning the details of how our home looks; it might look a bit different than the photos but the essentials are there...couches, bed, etc. Hopefully it looks even more awesome now!
From our experience, Airbnb guests tend to be clean, friendly, and respectful of our space. That's all it takes!
Kerri and Jeff was great to communicate with. Although we never met in person, they provided all the info we needed in prior to our arrival. The place had a character. It was well-kept, all the amenities were available. Pretty similar to the photos of the listing. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. You'll feel like a local staying here!
Kerri and Jeff's place is lovely and they are great hosts. Everything was as expected. They even set up beds in the living for our kids...a welcome site when we arrives late with two tired children. We appreciated the private parking spot, the sunny kitchen, and the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I spent 5 days at Kerri and Jeff's place and everything was great, the house is very well located and very cozy, we felt like in our home.
Kerri and Jeff were our first AirBnB experience, so we don't have others to compare them to, but I can say they made it very easy for us to stay at their place. Their apartment was very neat and everything worked properly. They also provided lots of local information to help us make the most of our stay.
As they say in the description, there was some outside noise on Friday night, mostly pedestrians talking loudly outside, but we found running a small fan drowned them out nicely.
Between their hospitality, comfortable apartment, and convenient location, we would definitely stay at Kerri and Jeff's again.
Kerri and Jeff's apartment was beyond accommodating. Located near shops, beach, restaurants, it was extremely easy to hop around the west side of LA, as well as get on the highway pretty quickly. The apartment itself was adorable- I felt like I was tucked away in a cozy bungalow. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
