It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. The Schoolhouse and historic church building from the 1800's sets the stage for a unique stay & experience! The space is filled with natural light! From the swoon worthy wood floors & millwork to the hallway filled with the original schoolhouse hooks, this space brings a sense of living in history while you stay here.

The Schoolhouse sits above the 9th Street Abbey and overlooks the beautiful patio and event space!

The space
Huge open bright space with lots of room for your group to stay together and make wonderful memories! Soothing greens and earthy tones creates a warm and cozy vibe within the large space. You have beautiful views of the patio and you can see the Arch from here!

This is a perfect place for bridal parties to stay and use for wedding day prep! Also perfect for large families to stay together for reunions. Natural light filled space that is ideal for photoshoots and production as well.

The two green bedrooms are located at the top of the steps with a walk through closet in between. The other two bedrooms are located in the living room with partitioned walls. A unique commercial styled kitchen sits in the middle (heart of the space) and offers plenty of seating at the bar. There is even a commercial beverage fridge with a stainless top that serves as a great buffet table in the dining area.

There are two rollaway twin beds that can be placed anywhere.
(they are stored at the top of the steps).

The long hallway has all the original hooks hanging from the schoolhouse. Plenty of hooks for you!! The windows and millwork are gorgeous!

1 - 1/2 bath with 2 toilet stalls. (this will soon be turned into a full bathroom)

The patio is shared with our other Airbnb on the same property called The Rectory. Inquire about renting both spaces for your large groups! The patio is also and event space that is part of the 9th Street Abbey and both can be rented for your special events. ALL EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED.

There is a small parking lot for you to park in located right at the entrance with the green awning.
