This was a very strange experience. From the first moments Ema was looking at everything that could be wrong with the flat and obviously, you always find what you're looking for. She even asked whether we're changing sheets after previous guests what was ludicrous. Ema didn't know to use the water heater and stayed with cold water and blamed it on us, which is also dubious on how it happened since the water heater is always on. When we offered help, she wouldn't respond. I notified AirBnb straight away that this guest might be a safety hazard after the first altercation with the person who met her since her behaviour was highly irrational and erratic: (Website hidden by Airbnb) . After she didn't answer to my employees who wanted to come and check the state of the water heater, she didn't complain on anything for two weeks before writing this review. I'd also put in doubt her extensive travel record since as it can be seen this was her first AirBnb experience.
