The flat is located on the 6th floor, there is a new lift in the building. The building is clean and in a very good condition (it was built to house families of high-level officials during the communist times). There is a terrace and there is a basketball court located at the ground-floor of the building, free to access.
Amenities include: Central heating, Internet access (high-speed ADSL link with Wi-Fi), a DolbySurround music system (with audio input/output), secured door, intercom, linen, towels and everything else you might need for your comfortable stay. The building is located in the urban core of Belgrade where most of the sights are within walking distance. There is a large number of banks, shops, restaurants (the "Silicon Valley" of Belgrade), ATM's etc. all around. There is a big supermarket open 24/7 right in front of the building. There is also a free parking for your car in the neighbourhood (~50m away).
Within five minutes walk is located one of the main transportation hubs in central Belgrade, the Academic/Student's Square bus terminus. Night buses operate from there as well.
I am a professional guide and translator so i can guide you around the city or organize tours for you if you want. If i have time available walking tours are free of charge. Tours are also available to Novi Sad, Fruska gora monasteries and to other places in Serbia. Daily trips to places as far as 100km away (such as Novi Sad) cost 50 Eur., regardless of the the number of persons.
I also offer airport and railway/bus station pick-up at any time of the day and night for a flat fare of 15 Eur. (17 USD) [5 Eur. for the railway/bus station]. As of June 2015, the airport transfer option is also available on-line through AirBnb, just select my listing titled "Airport Transfer" and choose your desired date of arrival.
The flat is ideal for couples and lone travelers although it can accommodate up to three people if one would sleep on the mattress (a new and clean mattress in full linen will be provided). The only things expected from the guests is to abstain from alcohol and drug abuse and obviously not to damage the property infrastructure. Walls are thick in this building so you can feel very free actually at any time of the day :) I'm very welcoming and flexible about virtually everything based on common-sense and mutual understanding and respect. I offer late check-out (7PM being the standard) based on flat's availability.
