I really love my neighborhood! I've lived here for 5 years and the community and camaraderie is warm, inviting and unique to the city. Most areas in the city people pass one another by without even a hello, but here people actually pay attention to one another.
I hope you enjoy my apartment and the city. Please let me know if I can do anything to help with your stay!
Access to all shared spaces. Wifi. I supply towels. If you need anything particular, just ask :o)
Interaction with guests
As much as possible, especially if they need help. If they prefer less communication, that is ok as well.
The neighborhood is fun, safe, people are friendly, caring, and they say hello! In other areas of Manhattan not so much. It is also calmer and a nice break after long days of touring the city.
Yes, the apartment is very close to two major subway lines. Just a few minute walking. Everything is listed in my profile. :0)
