Nice and clean shared appartment close to the city centre. It's a perfect option for people who are looking for a good tradeoff between price, comfort and location.
Everything was as described in the ad. The person who gave me the keys were on time and I had everything I needed for my stay in London. Very nice view from the apartment and it is located in a very convenient area.
I was greeted warmly upon arrival by one of Sami's associates (I never actually had the chance to meet Sami). The location was as advertised and easily accessible to public transit. I had a private room which was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Overall the experience was satisfactory, and definitely reasonable for the price. I would only warn that there were a few things I didn't know about and wish I had thought to ask about going in: 1) My door didn't lock. This didn't end up being a problem, as I just put valuables inside my luggage and locked the suitcase whenever I left. 2) At one point there were five people staying in the apartment and we all had to share one shower (the apartment has 1.5 bathrooms). This was a little inconvenient in the mornings, and I wished I had asked about it before. That said, my overall experience was pleasant and the accommodation was reasonable given the location and the price.
good bang for buck.
18th floor with good views including part of the london eye. very spacious room in euston. about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest underground.
obviously experience will depend on other tenants. fortunately i did not have major issues with mines.
would have been better with a tv though.
Nice tidy room on top floor of apartment block. A few other travellers on the floor to talk to, although I never met the host in person.
Good location, easy walk to tube station.
The host was easily contactable, and very quickly fixed a minor electrical fault.
The host was extremely accommodating and helpful, and always replied promptly to messages. The listings were accurate, however the flat was relatively old, so it felt a bit worn which does not show in the photos. The neighborhood feels safe, and it is easy to get around with public transport.
The place had a workable kitchen, decent sized communal area and balconies with nice views but definitely could have used a clean. Wifi was technically true but not useable from most rooms, although it was a decent speed if you were sitting within 5m of the router. Overall it was a reasonable experience which could have been improved by a small amount of housekeeping. Sami was in touch a few times once he found out there were internet troubles and I would consider staying there again 7/10.

About the Host, Sami
I guess can say that I am a pretty mellow guy, like to cook, keep house, read, write. Speak a little Hindi and love to travel to far away and exotic lands. I work in central London as An IT Analyst. Don't smoke, or drink. I love taking the kids to the park or going on walks.
