This apartment is on the 2nd floor and was constructed in 2021, with all new flooring, stainless steal appliances, furnishings (with a queen size bed), granite counter tops, ceiling fans and LED lighting. The large windows offer the natural light to brighten your day! The AC is cold for those Florida Summers!

High ceilings and large windows greet you. The space has an open concept with privacy for the bedroom and bath. Enjoy our shared spaces that are just steps away from this unit-two outdoor pools, grill and picnic areas, 24 hour gym and 24 hour laundry center. Clean and Comfortable is what we aim for!

Other things to note
The two swimming pools are open year round and heated by the sun. Both pools were just renovated and have new pool furniture and umbrellas.
We are close to shops, boutiques, dog parks, lakes, grocery stores and so many yummy restaurants! Lakeland offers something for everyone-Food Truck Events, Car Show's, Art Show's, Parades, Theatre, Concerts, Weekly and Monthly Markets, Murals, Baseball, Air Show's, BBQ Festivals...just to name a few!
