Keoki is a great host, he is friendly and always willing to help! I would definitely book with Keoki again and would like to say a big thank you! :)
I really enjoyed my stay there. The location of the studio is prime for any and all downtown activities. I live here but too far from downtown so it was a good getaway. Especially since the beach is a block away. I would definitely stay there again. No noise from the neighbors or anything. Convenient shops located all around. Thanks for having me.
Keoki was an extremely friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very centrally located, close to the bus stops, shops and Waikiki beach, which was great and added to our experience on the island. We had a great stay! Thanks.
The room is really nice. I have a good trip with my husband in it. The position is so good, you can walk on the beach whenever you want. And Keoki is a nice owner, thank you.
This was my first trip to Waikiki, so finding an apartment close to the beach and reasonably priced was ideal. While all the amenities as posted were there, there were a few details that I could have done without:
- neighbourhood - older part of town where there are lots of homeless and street walkers. While they were harmless, not knowing who you'd run into when you turned the corner made for anxious walks home late at night.
- cleanliness - this apartment has definately been lived in!
Aside from this I enjoyed my trip to Oahu and would recommend AirBnb again.
The location was good withh access to shops and beach a couple blocks away. The differed maintenance and mising items left me frustrated.
The studio was exactly what we needed for our Hawaii getaway. It was the perfect size for me and my fiance. We were within walking distance to a bunch of shops, restaurants and the beach! Keoki was a great host as well, very helpful. We had a great time, thank you!
The studio was just what we expected. It's a cute space good for 2 people conveniently located near Waikiki beach. Close to plenty of good restaurants and bus lines. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy.
This place did not meet my expectations for the price. Would have rather paid 200-300 a night to stay in a hotel. The only good thing about this condo was its proximity to Waikiki beach. The actual unit itself was small, cramped, dusty/moldy, with a very blah feel. The host was nice and helped us check in. Would have appreciated earlier communication about the checkin process instead of having to message the host before arrival. Will not stay again unless some serious changes are made to both the process and property.
First the good:
*Excellent location. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants, market, etc. as well as the #2 bus which will take you everywhere. No need for car.
*beach chairs (not towels) and boogey boards provided.
*AC, internet, cable tv.
Now the rest:
*I expected, since I paid a $100 cleaning fee, that the place would be clean. The microwave was dirty with spilled food. There was cooking grease all over appliances and into drawer below. I tried to clean it myself but could not use them ultimately.
*place reeked of smoke. If smoking is allowed, ad should say so.
*very noisy neighbors (residents). Woken every morning around 6:30 with some banging noise.
*as others have said, the 2nd floor places are entered by passing through residents' patios. All is a bit worn and seedy... like a lot of waikiki!
