This is a private residence, which is opened to guests whenever vacant. Please fill it with love, respect and lots of great memories. Welcome to our tropical paradise!

Enjoy a fully furnished two bedroom en suite bathroom apartment at Shambala Terraces. Your bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress en suite bathroom, good for 4 persons. Soak in the sun on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Feel free to ask our property managers about restaurant recommendations, delivery menus and info on island activities.

Shambala Terraces is only a 10 minutes tricycle ride from the center and 20 minutes from the Jetty Port. Located hillside at Balinghai with access to its secluded beach just a 10 minute walk away. Shambala Terraces offers high quality apartments in a prime destination overlooking lush jungle and beautiful sea views.

We have a very friendly maid and maintenance guy living on the property and available to assist you with any questions or repairs 6 days a week.

This is a private property with 7 units. This is our home so we expect you to take care as if as yours. And if u are lucky you can catch or meet us in the premises. We live in the island 6 months and 6 months in Europe.

We provide a mobile in the apartment in order for you to send us a message whenever you have concerns. It will be loaded with free credit depending on how long you wish to stay. Once consumed before check out you can ask assistance to our staff.

Tenant shall use the Apartment only for residential purposes. Tenant shall not use or allow the use of the Apartment in any way that interferes with other tenants' use and enjoyment of the Apartment or neighboring property. Tenant shall not use the Apartment for any illegal or improper use, i.e., no drugs or loud parties. Additionally, the Tenant shall comply with all Zoning Ordinances, Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions.

No pets allowed in the Apartment and within Property.

The Tenant agrees to accept responsibility for the following:

a.General care of the premises, including plants on terrace
b.Notify Landlord of any repair needed as soon as practicable,

The Tenant shall comply with all obligations imposed upon tenants by applicable provisions of building, housing, and health codes; maintain the Apartment in good condition during the entire length of this Agreement and shall neither cause nor allow any abuse of the facilities therein. The Tenant shall, at his expense, maintain the Apartment in a clean and sanitary condition free from noxious odors, disturbing noises, or other nuisances. Any damage on any part of the Apartment caused or done by the Tenant may be repaired by the Landlord for the account of and at the expense of the Tenant.

Common areas shall always remain open. The sidewalks, entries, passages and stairways of the property shall not be obstructed or used by the Tenant for any purpose other than for ingress and egress to and from the building’s property; the same common areas and space open for use by all tenants and the public.

Condo is worth the price as it is a nice condo, not located in the nicest neighborhood. I would recommend the host to possibly upload some pictures of the surrounding area as some people might be caught off guard checking in. Pretty close to the nicest resort on the island, and only a trike ride away. Very cheap, yet great street food cooked by the locals of the neighborhood all over the area. Can get very hot in the condo, wifi device given to you at checkout isn't very strong.

Bev-Lorenzo was super responsive to all questions we had and really made us feel welcomed into their home, providing us with wine and snacks upon arrival, and even had a tank of purified drinking water available for us so we didn't have to continuously purchase bottled water. Bev-Lorenzo's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for in terms of a place to stay. It's private, modern, and has a balcony with a nice view of the island. In terms of travel it was about 10-15 mins by tricycle from Puka and White Sand Beach. It was far enough for us to have a nice place to return to away from the crowds, but still close enough to station 1 & 2 if we wanted a night on the town. Each tricycle ride was about 150 pesos which was about $3 USD a ride. We experienced a temporary brown out (as is very common on the island) and their staff members who live on site got the generators up and running within 15 mins. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and helpful during our stay. Big shout out to Myra for being so sweet! The house is on a hill and so internet connection wasn't the greatest, but wasn't an issue since we all were in Boracay to disconnect and really immerse ourselves into island living and worked when we needed it to. Overall it's a great choice for folks that want to be able to enjoy all Boracay had to offer, and get a private location. Definitely booking this place again if I ever return!

Lovely apartment away from the hustle bustle and well placed to reach some of the quieter beaches like Diniwid. Still easy to get to white beach but really the other beaches are less hassle. New Citymall just a couple of minutes trike ride away to get any shopping Fantastic sunsets from the terrace. Definitely recommend!

The apartment, host and staff where all fantastic. Bev-Lorenzo is very quick to respond with the staff on-site very friendly, helpful and approachable. The place was furnished nicely and had a great view as well. I would highly recommend it for long stays since it’s spacious and peaceful yet close enough to the main areas if you would like to visit them.

The apartment is gorgeous! It provides a stunning view and the helper is friendly and approachable. The terrace is located a distance away from the main crowded areas (stations 1 & 2) therefore it's rather peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay. There are several pros and cons that I would like to discuss. Pros: Great house! It is very modern and relaxing. It is complete with furniture and equipment. It has two large bedrooms and a wonderful balcony. There's also a swimming pool in the compound. Someone will also clean the unit for you. The kitchen is quite convenient for your cooking needs. There's also a wifi available. The place is far from the noisy crowd. The place is recommended for those who want to relax in boracay, not for the first timer who want to explore the white beach. It also has an affordable rate. Great communication with the host. 24/7 check in and they allow late check out. Con: It is far away from the whitesand beach and city center, about 20 minutes away thru tricycle. The nearest mall would be the city mall. Since it is far, you will be discourage to go out of the house. It is advisable to buy your things before you go to the house. The aircon is also leaking but can be fixed. It can get quite hot at noon. There is also a 2000 peso deposit for electricity. The fare for the tricycle would add to your cost. The place is not for the first timers in boracay. The neighborhood is not so lively, some small and wooden houses nearby. You also need to walk a steep and narrow walkway to get to the house. All in all, the place is a good value for money. It is a good place to relax in boracay.

As a group of four with 2 younger children it was great to be away from the busy white beach. The close beaches at Balighai and Puka are much more family friendly which this place is ideally situated for. The ameneties are not too far with the new mall just opened up nearby. Location is on the top of the hill and most of the time had to charter the entire tricycle which was around P180 which is expexted if you want a more secluded place. Bev and staff are very accomodating and made sure everything was provided for.

Lorenzo is the founder/developer/unit owner of Shambala Terraces. He named Shambala Terraces which means "peace, tranquillity and happiness". He built this with love and this is our home which we would like to share and let you experience its beauty.

We have two luxurious units in the building. One we rent mostly all year round and one we live for 6 months, rented it when we are in Europe and traveling other Asian countries.
We are friendly and accommodating owners. He live in the island for 11 years and she for 5 years. We have a healthy and active lifestyle. We love travelling and enjoy good food and wine.

We have a 4 years old German boxer dog named Chicco who is well trained, so sweet and adorable. We are sure you will love him as he would love to welcome you with a waggling tail next to us.
